Perfect phone!! I needed an upgrade that I could afford. Best Buy is my go to place. I’ve so far bought 2 Samsung tvs and this phone. Never any issues. Sale prices are awesome! Very pleased customer!!

I got this phone because I wanted an iPhone but didn’t want to buy the newest one. The had this in stock at my store so I got it and loved it! I couldn’t even tell it was open box. I liked the size of it!

I’m really happy with this iPhone. It’s my first one and even though it was an open box, there’s no scratches or issues with the phone itself. The guy who helped me was super informative and I appreciated the experience. Sometimes I’m hesitant in buying open box items however this time it was definitely a win. I will be purchasing my next one the same way at the store in Joplin.

Beautiful photos in the dark. Lightning fast. An amazing upgrade from iPhone 11. The eSIM was a pain in the butt with T-Mobile so I switched to a new provider.
