Nice phone paid high price

Need Some Help

He appeared to know all about the new phones we purchased. A negative about the visit was the length of time spent. It wasn’t his fault; there were not enough reps to handle the number of customers.

New iPhone Installation

The next day I had to go to my carrier to finish the process. All the tech had to do is call my carrier to get the code to finish the installation. I'm considering not renewing my Best Buy plan.
