I was disappointed when the staff at Richfield, MN couldn’t match the price on the Best Buy website. They just wanted to get done with me so I can leave. Not a good customer experience. I will not return to that Best Buy. The phone is great as an iPhone. Good quality and easy to transfer phone number as it is unlock. If they say it isn’t unlock then it can be.

Loving my new phone! I had been an Android user for many years but always had a Mac computer. Having everything sync is great! I know when I have messages and VM when on my laptop. Took me getting used to the OS but it is very intuitive and the camera is far superior to my old one. Good stuff!
