Great solid phone, went from Iphone X to Iphone 14. Camera, battery and storage are all high quality. Happy with my switch and with Best Buy Customer Service.

Have only had my iPhone 14 for less than a month, but I really love it so far. The increased battery life (from my old phone) is particularly valuable. Have not yet used the camera very much, but it will be a great upgrade as well.

Phone runs smoothly. I do recommend a glass screen cover and cover for the phone as I feel the phone is very sleek and delicate. Takes great photos, runs on a great charge , haven’t had to charge it in a few days.

The iPhone 14 unlocked was amazing, I was able to use it out of the United States with no issue. I love the color and it's working amazingly, not fault found.

It's been a while since I last upgraded my phone (had an i8 for many years... it served me well...don't judge me). I've had this i14 about 3 weeks now...still getting used to not have a "home" button... other than that, I love the better camera and better, longer lasting battery.

I like the camera most and it's smooth features and the assitive touches makes it easier , overall love the easy setup and the staff at best buy were very helpful.

I needed a new phone, actually in a hurry, as I was making a trip south and usually rely on my GPS to get me to my destination. I found out that Best Buy sells unlocked phones. This Iphone 14 was available at a price that I could afford. I like the size of the phone, as it fits easily in my purse. The camera takes pictures with clarity and video capabilities that I can keep in my icloud. The storage for 128 gb is more than I have never had and don't have to worry now about running out of storage. The GPS helped me going to my destination and coming home. It was connected to my car play with ease. There are upgrades to this phone, that I am still discovering and how they are making my life a little easier. When you download, the digital home button, you have access to the notification center, device, control center, custom, and gestures. I am now using the notification center and easing into the capabilities of the custom, gestures, and control center. I not the most technologically savor person, however, I plan to keep this phone for a very long time as I am finding it fun to learn what else, I can incorporate ie. the function of the air drop.

I got this phone as a gift for my dad and he loves this phone. From the camera quality to the battery life. It’s very easy to manage even for someone with little experience with phones.

As the title says, the 14 wasn’t much of an upgrade over the 13. I recently upgraded and wish I spent a little more for the 15. The 15 has a lot of great features like USB-C charging, LOG video and a much faster processor. With all of that being said, the 14 is still a great phone. The camera, screen quality and battery life have all been wonderful.
