I am happy with the phone but the actual process of setting it up in the store took forever. I think best buy could save a lot of time if they gave customers some guidelines on what to do before coming to the store if they want to do a data transfer.

I'm beyond aggravated with this purchase. NO warning no GS support available to get phone activated. Even purchase the $200/plan at BB. Can't get assistance on the TracFone CS because this iPhone has an eSim installed!! Again, no warning. Buyer be ware!!
