The employee told me I could get $80 in gift cards to send away I wanted, I can’t $80 to spend as a one time purchase. Joke so disappointed

It's my first new phone in years so that might have something to do with it. I will say I have not had one dropped call and the reception is way better than my old phone. The battery life is great.
