For an older model Iphone, I have to say it is very sleek and easy to use. As a first time iphone user, it is a really good phone with good picture quality and fits nicely in your hand. The battery life is really good as well, I have multiple apps open all the time and no issues with the battery all day long.

I bought my iPhone 14 after using a iPhone SE for years and wanted one without a home button. I was helped very professionally and got the best phone for me. It’s very easy to use and has been easy for me to learn how to use. So far I haven’t had any problems and will return to Best Buy for any upgrade whenever I choose to buy one. Thank you Best Buy!!!

I’ve been using the iPhone 14 for over 2 years now, and while it’s not a game-changer, it’s definitely a solid phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 11, and the difference is noticeable—especially in camera quality and battery life.

Bought this phone on an open box deal and it has been well worth the price. The battery is amazing and lasts all day. It is the perfect size and I have not had any issues with it since I bought it.

It has worked good, however, it gets really hot when I take many pictures. Due to my work, I need a good camera. Even though it has a good camera, after having the camera on for a while it gets really hot. For a new phone, the battery doesn't last that much.

Been using this phone since late 2023 still working great with high speeds and no battery slowly dying still works great to this day especially with updates !

My old phone broke so i purchased this. It works perfectly well and was so easy to download all my previous things.

Have only had my iPhone 14 for less than a month, but I really love it so far. The increased battery life (from my old phone) is particularly valuable. Have not yet used the camera very much, but it will be a great upgrade as well.

My grand daughter loves the phone. She finds it easy and comfortable to use. The screen is readily visible and large.

Phone runs smoothly. I do recommend a glass screen cover and cover for the phone as I feel the phone is very sleek and delicate. Takes great photos, runs on a great charge , haven’t had to charge it in a few days.

As the title says, the 14 wasn’t much of an upgrade over the 13. I recently upgraded and wish I spent a little more for the 15. The 15 has a lot of great features like USB-C charging, LOG video and a much faster processor. With all of that being said, the 14 is still a great phone. The camera, screen quality and battery life have all been wonderful.
