So far I’m not sure I am happy.. this new phone has all the same issues as the XR I traded in. It’s very touchy, keys stick in”up” position, and my phone won’t open with face recognition… I have to type in my code EVERY time…

If you are ready to order an item online, get an empty box and get absolutely no help from support, go thru hassle of doing police complain, go ahead and order in best buy. I ordered phone and watch on the same day and got an empty box. I reached support team in few mins and they kept doing false promise of they will send an replacement/help, but nothing really happened. If there is anyone/team from best buy who is ready to help, I can share details of my order, complain and everything needed.

My old iPhone battery gave up and I have this as replacement, fast shipping.

Great Customer Service by agent they didn’t match Apple price so bit misleading

I like the phone! The phone fits great in my hand.

Same phone year over year I only buy a phone because I need a new one. Camera quality seems the same. It works it’s a phone but that is all.

Go to purchase an unlocked phone from Best Buy. But sad thing is that they don’t have T-Mobile anymore, and also it’s kind of annoying that you only get a discount for activating the phone right away. 

It kinda lagged when i tryed to open curtain apps and also when i used the key board it would hit the wrong keys and mis spell words i know i typed in correctly i didnt like it much.

This was mailed to me, but I could never get it to work. Then I took it to the Geek Squad, and they thought it was working after 1.5 hours. When I got to my vehicle, it had stopped working again. I finally returned it.

I am very satisfied with this product, I highly recommend it!

Acomplish what it was made for. Not the best the quality but its a good ítem

Phone looks good, but Best Buy sent the wrong generic charging cable. Customer Support’s only solution was for me to go to the store to exchange the $3 cable or return the entire item. Not worth anyone’s time.

No change from iPhone 11, 12 or 13… ridiculously overpriced. Graphics subpar.

Bought this brand new phone from Best Buy but it’s performance doesn’t feel like new, screen freeze some times, App lagging. Overall not good

I purchased 32 iphone 14 and 1 iphone 14 plus for chirstmas gifts. Because I purchased these as gifts, I did not open them. My grandkids iphone 14 when we went to have them activated, ended up coming up as Iphone 13 but I had purchased them in advace so the time to return had past. Highly upset with Bestbuy. I would advise you check because they did the bait and switch as the box dont say which one you have.

Hard to use. Not happy with the way it operates but someone younger probably won’t have any trouble.

This isnt a phone review as i have never recived my order . I ordered on Dec.20th 2023 . It was delayed 3 times ( low inventory) . Ive waited for a month , it got back in stock and they still failed to fulfill my order . I was forced to cancel . If i repurchase it wont be for the same price . Btw they actually charged my card for $738 for the phone . It was not on authorization hold . It was actual payment for item that never been shipped .

The iPhone is not good too much heat up all the time

the phone gets quite hot when you connect it to charge and when you make long calls also the temperature rises quite high, I have taken it to support and the only thing they tell me is that it is normal.
