The phone is very good like a brand new Best Buy is the best I love to and preferred Best Buy

It's a handsome looking phone. It's got all the features that make this purchase an investment. To be honest, for me it was too much phone. I needed something simple.

When going to get the phone activated the camera did not work at all and Best Buy would not only take the return they wouldn’t ship it back to the seller. The seller is almost impossible to reach and they finally emailed me back and when i asked a question they still haven’t responded back. And after complaining to Best Buy customer service i finally got a phone number for Wireless Source but they won’t answer the phone. Terrible customer service and product from both Best Buy and Wireless Source. Extremely disappointed in this product and the service.

iPhone works perfectly well. Picture clarity is amazing.

It looked amazing and everything looked good when I opened it but then when I saw that the phone battery was low I plugged it in and it said it had liquid detection. Pretty disappointed since everything else worked great. Sometimes it will give me that message and sometimes it won’t.

I am very pleased with the quality, as it appears to be brand new.

I’m rating this fairly because the phone looks good after being refurbished, but there were too many scratches on the exterior. I knew I was purchasing a refurbished phone, but I wasn’t expecting so many scratches on the body. Aside from that, the phone is working fine.
