I’m really happy with this iPhone. It’s my first one and even though it was an open box, there’s no scratches or issues with the phone itself. The guy who helped me was super informative and I appreciated the experience. Sometimes I’m hesitant in buying open box items however this time it was definitely a win. I will be purchasing my next one the same way at the store in Joplin.

I’ve own this phone over a month now and I must say that so far it’s great, but I’m still learning to get use to its features. So far I’m very pleased also battery life is very good. This unit was brand new and it came with charging cord.

I was ecstatic to have the perfect blue color that I chose. Not sure why but I always have this happy feeling holding and looking at it. I bought it at a very reasonable price. Thank you Best Buy especially to the associates that served me at Best Buy Eden Prairie and special mention to Dave.

It was easy to migrate the old phone contacts, pic and apps to the new one. I migrated from se to 14. Also it has awesome cameras and battery life.
