Be aware of the return window, it may be shorter than you think. After less than 30 days of use, I began experiencing issues with the phone's display. I reached out to the marketplace seller for a return and I was informed that the return window had already passed. After that, I contacted Best Buy and apparently they aren't responsible for their sellers, because they couldn't help me either. I'll have to look into a charge back with my bank. What a pain. Battery life was also in the 80% upon purchase which isn't great.

It arrived quickly and in very good condition, I'm satisfied with the product.

This has been perfect for a starter phone for my 12 yr old daughter.

Front camera is scratched up and blurry even though it was marked as in excellent condition

I had to return it. It had a defect. It kept turning off, took it into an AT&T store and they said it was defected. Never had that happen to me buying a refurbished phone from Best Buy first time.

Returned the item and it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. Seller did not update me in 2 days like it said online and I had to reach out and they still did not give me a definite date of my refund. I reached out to Best Buy and was given a date which I did not receive a refund still on that said date. Two weeks. No refund.

Device came severely tattered. Which i figured would be the case for “refurbished device. But it would stay powered on longer than 1-2 mins

Whatever they describe in Best Buy website is not what you get it from the store. I ordered one device and they sent me another one different color with the scratch in the screen and lock it now I have a problem to activate that device.

I ordered excellent but there were scraches of a colors from a side of phone.

The product came slightly damaged and was hard to set up due to how the previous owner left it.

I purchased a iPhone 14 refurbished on Best Buy. Website. I walked in to Best Buy to add it to my members. Insurance coverage. I was very disappointed to find out. It's a third party, so you're not purchasing it from best. Please be aware
