IPhone 14 is a Disappointment

I had an Iphone 8 that I recently upgraded to an IPhone 14. I have been very disappointed with the Iphone 14 because:
(1) Aver taking photos on a business trip I tried to download about 400 images. The camera failed do download about a third of the photos. The photos are on the phone but they will not download.
(2) The battery life is not much better that my 6-year old Iphone 8.
(3) The IPhone 8 was so nice because of fingerprint access. I have gotten that I dread using the Iphone 14 because of the swiping and the passcode entry. What a pain. I can't believe that people put up with this.
Maybe I can find a used Iphone 6 on-line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Its an upgrade from 11 the battery seems to last longer
