I upgraded from a much older IPhone, so I was ready for some big improvements, This exceeded my expectations. I love the phone, the battery life, and ease of use. It should come with an actual charger, though, not just a cord.

So glad Apple offers the larger screen now without having to pay the higher price for the Max version for features I don't really need. I highly recommend this phone and Best Buy is a great place to do your upgrade. Excellent service! I upgraded from an iPhone 13 Mini which I also loved but it's great to have a larger screen again. My eyes aren't getting any younger so it's nice to see things on a larger scale.

I had to Google to see how to fix it. Touch screen was not working at all. The power button didn't work. I finally was able to reboot it. Not off to a good start! I bought a new phone because battery was so bad on my old iPhone. This has been great so far. The locking has a bunch of suggestions on Google so it sounds like it is a thing with this phone.
