I’ve had every iPhone since the iPhone 6, yes I am one of those people who do an annual update. I’ve loved all my iPhones, but this is the first where it feels very unfinished. I had to spend 6 hours with Verizon due to their terrible esim system. Other carriers aren’t so bad but boy I missed my SIM card tray. I also can’t use capital one app anymore cuz the camera is beyond glitched out at the moment in some apps. Literally my iPad camera works better… but hey that will get fixed soon right? As for why I am not returning it, I love dynamic island. I’m constantly listening to music and having it right at top at all times is awesome plus the future for it seems bright. I also really really like the always on display. Not good in terms of battery drain from the feature but I really like the way it looks and I find myself picking my phone up less and worrying about missing a notification for work.

I wad anxious to get the new phone and it did not disappoint.

The phone got to the store quicker than estimated. The set up didn’t go really smooth. They couldn’t finish it and had to send me to Verizon.

I upgraded my moms phone from an SE to this one. I thought she was going to have trouble learning and getting used to not having a home button but she learned it right away. The phone is very easy to use.

The iPhone 14 Pro does it all no matter what you want to do. From a simple phone call to taking a picture in a low light situation or both at the same time.

Upgraded from android. I wanted a smaller phone, and this seems a decent size. I just wish it was a bit bigger. The upgrade process was very easy. And the camera and display are definitely worth the upgrade.

My first iPhone after many years of android phones. Very pleased with my purchase and as always, purchased from Best Buy. I also added an iWatch 8. Excellent quality in both products.

I needed an upgraded from my old iphone and this has been a pretty great decision. The new camera is really nice, being able to take a picture at 2 am without flash is really cool!

Works great, but ridiculously expensive. We held off as long as we could because of the money.

My Face ID doesn’t work, I need to contently input my code. My phone freezes to the point that my phone screen is inactive. I’m having problems resetting my phone to my Google Nest alarm and video. The phone contacts I had previously and bell has a line drawn thru the sound bell.

It's OK, disappointed Apple discontinued the Mini, a Mini Pro would be sweet. It's heavy, need big pockets.

All my friends and family have iPhones. I've been using a Samsung Android for years. So, I finally decided to try an iPhone. I text often, with several different groups of friends. It's a S T R U G G L E to write a text with the iPhone. I FIGHT that darn thing with almost every text. There are too many others complaints I have for the iPhone to list. I was telling a friend of mine today, that I'd rate my Samsung S21 as an ' A '; the iPhone, a ' D- '. Almost every app is ridiculously laborious to use, EXCEPT the ' measure ' app. Honestly.....I no longer enjoy sending texts and photos, to friends or family with the iPhone. I'll keep it activated for another month, then swap activation back to the superior Samsung, and I can hardly wait.

Amazing new features compared to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I feel like the screen size is perfect for everyday use and the brightness outside is much improved.

Title of the review says it best, but no for real the iphone 14 pro doesn’t mess around. Best camera out there that’s for sure. 120htz is a must too.
