I purchased this phone right before a trip to Hawaii so I would have easy access to take high quality photos and videos. This was to be supplemental as I primarily use a Sony A7 III paired with premium lens. I did not expect how great the photos and videos would actually be. So much so that I hardly pulled the Sony out of the bag the whole trip. Which says a lot. Display is better than any phone I've experienced. iOS and integration between devices is still light years ahead on Android and others IMO. Although I feel the attention to detail in Apple products is not what it was a decade ago. There are a few things about his phone that are less than ideal. Primarily the vulnerability of the camera lens cluster on the back side of the phone. I have the OtterBox - Defender Series Pro Hard Shell on the phone which is a very solid and trustworthy case. But even with this the backside glass has cracked after a average fall on the ground. There must have been a rock or something that contacted the glass around the camera lenses which is a solid piece with the entire back of the phone. The glass under the case is shattered. I have the case left on in the picture for the following reason. Despite being a totaltech member with Applecare+ through BestBuy, the Geeksquad stated they are not doing repairs on the 14s and would have to send my phone into Apple for a 4 day turn around. Additionally, the battery life was not as expected with this phone. Using the camera drains the battery very quickly. I have also found that if you don't close the camera app, even when locking the screen it drains battery. I also experience odd video streaming issue with this phone where the video spaz out seemingly fast forwarding with no sound. I have to either stop or back step the video and it is often not in the same place. This happens on multiple apps.

After 1 year of ownership of the iPhone 14 Pro, I love it. If you love the Apple ecosystem this is an overall great phone.

New phone, I like it, works well, little heavy, but ok.

Made the quantum leap from iPhone 8 to iPhone 14 Pro. Very happy with this new phone and gave myself a ⭐️ star for doing the information transfer on my own.

Upgraded from a 7 to the 14 Pro. Love everything about it. Very intuitive so virtually no learning curve. Was able to transfer using virtual sim so no wait in the store. In and out quickly and picked up within 5 days of ordering! Very professional and knowledgeable associates

Great up grade love they photo features and was better than I thought

I love it, I can’t complain. It’s just knowing the fact that you have a device that can easily break/damage if not properly protected or at least it being insured.

Great solid phone, camera notches are a little big

I like the sleekness and simplicity of Apple's phones. The pro doesn't disappoint. I don't love the pill in the screen at the top, but I think Apple did a nice job of making it a part of the phone. It allows me to do multiple tasks at once, like browse and listen to music while having a small display of the secondary music app. The camera has a lot of features and takes great pictures. The 3x zoom and .5 zoom get a lot of use for me. I can also tell the speed and smoothness of the display is better than the regular 14. I know someone that already utilized the crash detection and it worked (all were OK). The battery is fine for me. I never seem to need an extra charge during the day. I can even make it 2 days if I really need without a charge. I would recommend this product. Note: This phone is pretty heavy because of the metal it's made with. I don't mind it, but it's worth noting if you want something lighter, maybe save a few bucks and get the 14.

This is one of the top iphones out right now. It has a good sized screen and good camera. The battery life will last all day for the normal user and two days for the user that only uses it to make and receive phone calls. IMO the phone is overpriced but that is what it is for an iphone.

I bought this phone last week after my iPhone 11’s battery just couldn’t make it through a day any more. I was a bit hesitant, given the price, but wanted a better camera. The photos are already so impressive! The moon was incredible tonight so I took some pictures, assuming that they’d turn out like garbage like they do on every other non-pro camera. No! Look at them! I chose to write this review based on these pictures of the moon - this is just through the regular camera app, zoomed in. I don’t often write reviews and am doing so because of these pictures. I was also very happy with my experience at the store. The employees were so knowledgeable and were able to activate the phone with AT&T. I was also able to trade in my old phone for a decent amount of money. My only hang up was that I hadn’t backed up my old phone first - the employees showed me how to back it up for free even with limited iCloud storage space (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset Phone > Get Started), so I had to come back the next day when that process was completed. Give yourself some time to get it all done. The backup took ~4 hours and then the purchase at the store took at least 30 minutes.

I upgraded from iPhone 12 to 14 and can definitely tell a difference on the battery life ,the iPhone 14 is slightly bigger than my old iPhone 12 ,picture quality is crystal clear and video difference is noticeably better,as well as the top middle black oval comes in handy when you are not aware if ur on a phone call or playing music on accident if ur phone is silent,

I've had this phone for a little over 2 weeks. Based on that time, here are my thoughts: - Dynamic Island - Not that useful. It doesn't work for too many things but when it does, it is cool. I end up not using it that often. With the notch, you forget that it is there but you always see the dynamic island there so it is more distracting. I hope that more functionality comes to it. - Always on screen - This is probably my favorite feature. I stopped wearing a watch when I started having cell phones so I ended up turning on the screen for my previous phones many times a day for time and to see if I have any messages. It is nice to be able to just look at it and see. At times, it does seem a little bright and I wish they had an option to have no background (just black) like what most phones do. I have not noticed a significant battery impact. - Camera - The new camera has 48mp but unless you are shooting in pro raw, it is really a 12mp picture due to binning, which is supposed to make it better. It is definitely a good camera but I don't notice much difference from the iphone 13 pro. - Battery life - Has been great. - Screen - Still beautiful. Doesn't look different than iphone 13 pro. - eSim - I have no opinion about not having a sim tray. I don't care either way. What I will mention is that the setup process of an esim was very easy and painless. - Weight - This is probably my biggest complaint. The iphone pros keep on getting heavier and heavier due to the materials and cameras. I'm use to it because I've had pros before but it will feel like a brick for awhile if it is your first pro iphone. Overall, if you have an iphone 12 pro or older and you are ready for an upgrade, this is a great option unless you can find an iphone 13 pro at a really good deal. If you have an iphone 13 pro, it isn't worth the upgrade unless you really want always on display.

The iPhone 14 Pro is great! The design is sleek, and the camera is like a pro photographer in your pocket. The display is clear, and everything just runs super smooth. Plus, it's got 5G.

I like the faster Bionic chip and the battery does last a while. Although I haven’t gotten it to charge to 100% overnight yet after having it a couple of weeks. Camera is good but still not amazing. I was expecting more for the Pro but I’m still messing around with the specs. Overall, I’m happy with it and I think it’s better than my old 12

Everything about the device has been excellent so far - Battery life, cameras, performance, etc. The new interactive Dynamic Island is a very innovative way to take advantage of the cutout/notch.

We love our new Iphone 14 Pro’s, it was easy to move from the iphone 8 to the 14 Pro. Batteries charge up fast and last a long time while in use. The 14 Pro is smaller than the iphone 8 plus, but screen size is larger. Very happy with purchase, and BestBuy transferred everything as part of TotalTech package.
