Quite frankly, this phone is amazing. From the camera quality to the display I am in love. I wanted to get the Pro Max, however I felt that it would be too big to manage and I was right. This phone is the perfect size for me. Mind you I upgraded from an 11, so I’m still quite thrilled. Great investment!

I was apprehensive about going into the Apple ecosystem since I've been an Android user for a while. But I was really surprised on how easy it was to switch over all of my accounts. The iTunes store has a great selection of media. The best feature of the phone by far is the camera. I was on vacation in California and I took the best photos I've ever taken on a phone. The image and video quality was stunning. I am seriously thinking of upgrading to the 15 pro Max since I am partial to a bigger screen and with the new hardware I can't go wrong. I hear the rumored specs for the upcoming iPhone 16 but the 15 will do just fine for me.

The iPhone itself has lived up to expectations, as an iPhone product which have all been excellent in my opinion, in the short time I have had this one, one week, it has performed excellent. The phone has been great, my only complaint is the brightness resets itself to a lower level constantly although I have "True tone" turned off. From what I've read this is for the phone to protect itself from overheating, but it is annoying as my old iPhones did not do this constantly. It has excellent battery life. However, I am a T-Mobile customer and I had a lot of problems getting the "unlocked" phone activated because it did not have an ICCID number. I called T-Mobile and they were initially unable to activate the phone without it. I then called the tech support through the seller/Bestbuy and the only resolution they could offer was a refund (which I appreciated the offer, but I wanted the phone to work). I then began to look on the internet and it turns out this is a common problem among "unlocked" phones (often "jailbroken") and that the carriers can activate them when you get someone with knowledge. I eventually was able to get an advanced tech support with T-Mobile who was able to finally activate the phone. In the future, the seller should note that this could be a problem and proactively offer some solutions for the buyer.

Iphone is super fast and the dynamic island is aswesome

I am very glad to have chosen this new iPhone 14 Pro after years of owning Android phones. My friend's iPhone 14 saved our rear-ends while navigating back roads on motorcycles in Colombia during bad weather using the Apple Maps app... probably because this Apple iPhone 14 series has GPS antennas for just about every type of satellite GPS floating around in space. So I owed Apple my appreciation by switching to iPhone/iOS from Android. I searched many sites before ordering this, and Best Buy's site was easy to navigate, and made ordering this phone a very easy endeavor... and going to the Best Buy store the very next day, and picking up the phone with my order number couldn't have been any easier. I don't regret this iPhone purchase from Best buy at all.

Had a iPhone seven on its last legs before buying the iPhone 14 Pro, love everything so far but the battery life. Since the launch date my battery capacity has gone down to 95%.

This phone is amazing I had the iPhone 13 pro before and this one really stepped it up definitely recommend for anyone looking for a phone.
