Purchased this phone about 2 weeks ago and when I received it, the battery was not replaced and I was being given a "Severe Battery Degradation" warning. So much for "Refurbished to Factory New State". Third party vendor hasn't been answering emails to fix any issues and now I have to replace the battery if I want to be able to use the phone without carrying a portable charger everywhere. Cherry on top was that I didn'r receive the headphones that were in the listing. Avoid purchasing anything from here from Wireless Source unless you want problems

Iphone 14 Pro was advertised as unlocked, but third-party seller did not check the unpaid balance attached to the IMEI. The iPhone for come with glass screen protector and charging cable, but we did not receive the Bluetooth earbuds as promised with purchase.
