    The phone is so easy to use and the always on and facial recognition are my favorite features. The esim was a struggle to activate. It took almost 3 hours on the phone with Verizon for the Best Buy person to get my phone activated because they didn’t recognize or see the esim on my account. Same thing happened when I had a second phone activated. Another 3 hours at the store for an 80 yr old is not good. Verizon hasn’t figured out how to get the esim activated.
