Good phone. Just happens to be like every other iPhone as they upgrade a few pixels in the camera and a tad better display but it’s the same phone over and over again.

It is much bigger than the normal Pro, however the camera that it provides is beyond any other device. When at a recent wedding, my phone was used to take everyone's pictures, that's how amazing it is.

Beautifully designed phone with great features. The camera is incredible, and phone is sleek and fast. A few minor changes in receiving notification which were quickly resolved.

The best iPhone 14 Pro Max .. don’t have to change my charging cords and bet price and god deal with Verizon and very nice design and color and perfect upgrade for my iPhone 12pro max .

Buying my phone at best buy was so much easier than going through verizon. I originally went to verizon to get the 14 pro max, however they didnt have what I was looking for in stock. And verizons employee was borderline rude. I go into best buy, am greeted with a smile and they are more than happy to help me. They had everything I was looking for, and transferring data was seamless, fast and secure. Whole process took maybe 20 minutes, where as verizon it takes over an hour. They even put on my new screen protector for me and told me if i needed it replaced they would stick a new one on for me. I have referred many people since then to go through best buy instead of the carrier. This phone has been great. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Love it so far. Biggest issue was trading in my previous phone and changing from prepay to post paid account. Only time will tell if I’m happy. Didn’t like the wait time to receive it and would’ve liked to been able to get 512gb version as it was only $100 more.

Honestly was skeptical about switching to apple after having samsung my whole life, but honestly best decision ive made. The transition is so easy and the battery life and sound quality alone are worth the trade

So, ordered the phone, waited 8 days, pick up phone, go then the process to activate… NOPE AIN’T GONNA WORK. The tech at Best Buy jumps on the phone with Verizon tech and an hour later, “The phone must be bad”. Order a new one and wait another 7 days. Phone arrives, go in to pick it up and activate… AGAIN, nope, won’t activate. Tech at Best But is on the phone with Verizon’s tech people. Best Buy tech isn’t buying what Verizon tech is saying and pushes back. An hour later, phone is activated and we are done. Phone is great. Crisp clear screen, lightning fast, great images from the camera. The two Best Buy techs were awesome. They worked hard to get the phone to activate. The persistence of the 2nd tech, pushing back and kicking it up the Verizon chain, got the job done. Outstanding customer service from Best Buy employees. We tried customer service at Verizon initially when the first phone wouldn’t activate. They quickly blamed it on a bad phone. The new virtual e-sim works, but not without its flaws. If you have Verizon, be aware.

Switching from Android after not having an iPhone since the iPhone 5. Ive been a complainer about having to switch, always saying Android is superior, but I do not regret the switch. The 14 Pro Max is a huge phone, but switching from a Pixel 6 Pro, I dont notice the heft since I was already lugging around a heavy phone. Outstanding battery, camera is phenomenal. Comparing to my friends 11,12, 13 iphones, the 14 seems like a huge step above.
