This phone has been an absolute disappointment. I upgraded from an 11 Pro and the price tag on the new phones no longer makes sense. The battery life on the 15 pro is terrible and won't last even half of the day. It constantly overheats just by charging or with casual use. The camera system is good, but does not always produce great photos even when under ideal conditions. I love the color, but it wasn't worth the money.

Worth the upgrade from 12 pro, though having to switch from lightning to usbc was costly. But thats up to you how you want to deal with that. Pictures are outstanding if you know what you are doing and know how to operate. Dynamic island be cool as heck sometimes.

Wasn’t necessary, but I wanted to upgrade from my Iphone12 pro. Basically same phone with a little more memory, faster processor and now the usbc port instead of the proprietary apple lightning port. I’ve upgraded my IPhone every 2-3 years since my first IPhone 3G. Very happy with Apple products and support.

I was using an iPhone XR before, and this was a needed upgrade. My new phone both works and looks great! Lots of new features, as well. I enjoy the battery life on this one. Before, I'd barely make it through morning to night. Now, I can do that using only 20% of the total life. Worth it.

I’ve been using my phone since release day and let me tell you it has far exceeded my expectations. I upgraded from an iPhone XR to the iPhone 15 pro and it was a day and night difference. The camera quality on this phone is fantastic!

The most impressive parts of the phone are the feeling and the weight. The speed of processing is a delight to have. Highly recommend.

Coming from the iPhone 11 pro its a decent upgrade. Battery life isnt as good as i had hoped it feels the same as my old phone and the camera barely feels upgraded still lacking a proper telephoto lens. It does feel very responsive and quick on every action and the action button is a cool feature.

One of the best iPhones ever made feels so light in the hands and the A17 chip is super fast. The price was great too a must buy.

I came from always using my Google pixel phones to now having an iPhone and I mean to be completely honest I can completely miss my Google pixels, but this is a great phone. It’s easy to use. The battery is probably my favorite part. I can plug it in in five minutes later see it go from 10% to 41%.

I am very happy with the phone in general but been having such a hard time since I got my new phone and service to have old number from previous carrier work properly even though I did the transfer number and everything. Been a drag. But happy I was able to get my phone and deal through you guys! So thanks! Takes great photos and videos!

Bought the new I phone 15. Great phone with amazing camera. Great selection of cases and phone screen protectors with great guarantees. Best Buy staff was the best at setting up and protecting my “investment”!

Works really well and It was really easy to transfer my data from my old phone to my new one!!

I've owned several iPhones, including the original. Although I love the color of the deep purple iPhone 14 pro, it seemed glitchy and did not have the time to take to Apple to find out if it was a "lemon," so I traded it in. I like the aesthetics and feel of the slightly curved glass and frame edges of the 15 pro. It's feels more compact and modern, and reminds me of the iPhone 4 and X-- my favorites in form and function thus far. I just wish it came in deep purple. Con: Like the 14 pro, even with the phone locked, it opens up apps and gets warm while in my pocket. It does not get hot, but enough to notice. Otherwise, it functions more fluidly (due to the upgraded processor? probably, but so far the glitchy feeling is gone. Is/was it a necessary upgrade? No; however, the 15 pro feels like a more solid (even if lighter), modern device. Aside from the app opening, it functions well/less glitchy. People have already asked "is that the new iPhone" and want to hold it. I just wish it was available in deep purple.

Love the phone. It’s a massive improvement from the 11 pro I had. Much smoother operating system and very fast. Came the day it dropped like they said preorder would. Thanx Best Buy

I love my new iPhone I can’t complain. It’s fast and the camera for picture taking can’t compare to older models definitely recommend.

Upgraded from 12 pro to iPhone 15 pro. Not much of a difference, but a nice reliable upgrade. Camera is noticeable better.

As it is a high-end equipment, the definition of the camera, the sound of the speakers and more updates are excellent, it is highly recommended
