I've had this phone now for a year and I'm impressed. I took it to Idaho for a long hike up in snow and found a hot springs and it even got wet and has gone through much abuse and still going. The response is still great. This only big issue is transferring my old music from my older mac to this newer phone. I also have enjoyed the camera. Never a fan of the notch so I can't wait for Apple to take it off.

I’ve only had the 15 pro for a few weeks but definitely can see a difference. Longer battery life, display is more vivid and did a side by side comparison of exact photos take at the same time, one with a 14 and one with my 15 pro. The exacting color of the 15 was heads and tails better.

    First iPhone, Won't Go Back

I had been an Anti-iPhone Apple hater my whole life. Recently, I had switched everything I own from Android to Apple, own multiple Mac products and have made the decision that I will not be going back. So why the switch? After the M1 Macs released, I became obsessed with how quick, efficient and well priced the products were. When they were on the Intel cores, I could not stand a single apple product and they just felt like overpriced PCs. A couple years later, I was working with multiple clients, across multiple states, and rapidly increasing my production output on a Mac M2 Pro. During this time I realized that my Android phone was actually making it difficult to transfer data, files, and information back and forth efficiently. So, I finally caved and bought an iPhone after research, talking to apple users and multiple recommendations. At first... I really didn't like it. There was a learning curve, I didn't know how airdrop worked, this specific model felt super small compared to my Pixel 6 Pro, the OS and software felt non-customizable, I didn't know how anything apple operated and wondered if I made the right decision. Fast forward 6 months, a bunch of lessons from life long apple users and some tutorials later... and I absolutely love this phone. Everything from the LIDAR scanner, to the transferring of files, to the synching from my Mac to my iPhone has doubled my productivity and made life so much easier. Not to mention the camera quality is incredible, and I use it pretty often in tandem with my Mirrorless camera while doing production shoots, photos, videos, etc. I can't even imagine going back to an android phone after the great experiences I've had with the whole apple ecosystem. If you are someone who does video/music/anything production related, and already own a Mac or apple computer, then it is absolutely worth it to switch over to an iPhone. Even if it's not to use the camera, the ease of access, transferability of files and projects from iPhone to Mac and vice versa makes it worth it.

Everything that I expected. My first iPhone and am very happy with it. It was easy to set up and most features are easy to find and set or reset to my liking. I am glad that I waited 1 more year to get it because I got numerous additional features and one of the very important things to me being an even better camera.

Customer service quality was knowledgeable and efficient. Quick and easy set up though I wish I didn’t have to travel to Verizon inorder to activate my phone. Also if the screen protector I purchased at your store I believe the technician who up sold me the product should have been trained to install it professionally and free of charge.

I have always had Apple, and I’m just not super impressed with this model. It works great -so did my last one. So nothing new other than getting the natural titanium color -which is so pretty! I do love the color, it’s a great phone overall -but nothing new. Battery life is okay, unless you have the battery saver on at all times, could last a day and half with average usage.

I have always been an iPhone lover since the OG iPhone. I haven’t strayed away since. I love the thinness of this phone and would recommend this one to people that don’t want the huge phone and don’t want it thick. Highly recommend.

    Best iPhone ever

To be honest, I’m upgrading from a iPhone 11 pro to the iPhone 15 Pro so the differences are huge. Of course, the form factor is the same, however, The processor, features, functionality and camera are a huge upgrade. There’s just so many little things that this phone does better. It’s hard to put it in one review. So far, the most notable improvement is the camera and its full suite of features. Not only does it take better pictures right off the bat but the post processing and editing is huge. It can do so much to mitigate unwanted, lighting or shadows and bring out desirable quality in the photos. In fact, I’ve had to watch several YouTube videos from Professional, photographers, and videographer to highlight all features. I probably won’t use most of it what this phone and camera can do but you can do so much to its potential with post processing editing. One interesting and amazing features that now because of the iPhone 15 Pro USB-C change, you can connect it directly to a small hard drive where your photos and videos can get sent directly. And from the drive, you can plug into your Mac and access to edit directly. Another huge improvement is the processor is approaching Mac level of processing power. This might be most notable if you game on your phone. I do think the action button on the side is a good improvement and I love that you can assign it to different tasks or apps. As far as the heat that some reviews have noted, I have only experienced a couple of instances where it got a little warm for brief periods, but then resolved quickly. Not sure what to make of that yet. If you’re thinking of upgrading, and you have an older iPhone like I did, I definitely think this is worth the upgrade

This phone has not been my favorite. I had to get 4 different phones before it wasn't hot when I used it. The battery life is horrible. I have had Apple phones for over 10 years and always loved them. The 15 is not the best they have made. And since I have service with Verizon I am locked into a 3 yr contract for payments, it awful.

I have been using the iPhone X for many years now on a regular/continuous basis and it has now begun to have performance issues. Consequently I switched to the new iPhone 15 Pro. After about 10 days of constant use I can say I am very happy with the product. It is noticeably faster on opening and downloading emails/attachments. It's battery life between charges is, of course, much better. People who I speak to say my voice is clearer than on the iPhone X. I like the upgraded camera and especially the better zoom feature. One point of note--while the overall dimensions of the new phone are relatively similar to the old one, the major difference I note is the thickness of the new phone. It is substantially thicker than the old one. This is not a drawback/fault to me and I am fine with it. Some people may disagree. All in all, I am a happy customer with this phone at this point and would recommend it--especially if you have a qualifying trade in that will substantially reduce the cost of the new phone.

The iPhone 15 Pro is a fantastic phone! The titanium design is sleek and modern, and the phone feels great in your hand. The A17 Pro chip is lightning-fast, and the battery life is impressive. The 3x optical zoom camera takes great photos, but it’s not quite as good as the 5x telephoto snapper on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line device.

Just like the title says: Phone is great, love the addition of USB-C which brings it into the 21st century, good battery life (better than 13 and 14 were), and quite nifty lightness... surprisingly welcomed... Great screen as well in bright environments. Best upgrade in last 3 iPhone iterations. Best Buy ROCKS, they had it in stock on release day!!! AAAAAnd the entire crew were very accommodating and friendly.  Data transfer was excruciating and painful. It's not getting better year over year either... I get a new iPhone every year for work. This year was better than the 12, but just as buggy and horrible as the 14. Lost all my contacts, all apps were reset, had to restore from a backup on my laptop instead of from phone to phone. I am uncertain why it is so difficult to transfer all existing data from phone to phone, but perhaps now that the connector is in the 21st century, and there is availability of a high speed USB-C transfer, maybe next year it will be a 10-15 minute process instead of a 10-20 hour horrible frustrating experience with bugs all throughout the process, and  blaming VZW, and vice versa... Best Buy was great through the whole thing, and they did all they could to help. I won't buy gear anyplace else anymore after all the great experiences I have had with Tyler and the crew.

The iPhone 15 Pro is an absolute game changer! From the sleek Blue Titanium finish to the blazing-fast performance, this phone screams premium. Apple Intelligence makes everything feel smarter and smoother — multitasking, photography, even battery life. The camera is mind-blowing, especially in low light, and the ProMotion display is buttery smooth. If you’re ready to upgrade your everyday tech experience, this is the one. Worth every penny!

Buy a new phone every 3-5 years so I had the X, faster response time, extended battery life and better camera I do not see any difference. Old phone was 4G so 5G is nice. Glad to see Apple finally adopt the USB-C connection. Last two iPhones still work as expensive iPods.

So far the iPhone 15 Pro has been a great phone. The cameras are incredible and the WiFi is much improved with the new Wifi 6E capabilities. I have seen my Wifi speeds triple using this phone on a Wifi 6E network. Definitely a fast new phone for Apples new Lineup of iPhones. Also, this phone now charges using USB-C; to some that is great (I like it) but to others who already own apple phones it may mean you have to go out and buy all new charging cables.
