    This was such an easy pre-order. I pre-ordered a week before the release. The cool aspect was getting my phone before other folks who pre-ordered through Apple. Best Buy was on it! Especially the employees. Thanks guys!

    NEVER buy a phone through Best Buy. Verizon is not honoring the trade in promised and I've been fighting three months to get it... hours and hours on phone or chat trying to get this fixed. And my phone bills have doubled as a result.

    DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM BEST BUY. We bought our phones and were promised a trade in that Verizon is not honoring. I've spent hours on chat and on the phone trying to get this rectified over the last 3 months and can't get it fixed. My bill has doubled as a result and I seem to have no recourse.

    Love my phone, customer service was wonderful with Ullie at the 41st Ave store, tried Verizon twice they were horrible slow and no customer service. Will come back to Best Buy!
