It does not turn yellow like any of the other clear cases on the market - and i think there's a warranty with Apple where if it's damaged they can replace it? Really solid case!!!

We called 800 customer servuce and was told to go to the Tustin store. They werent allowed either. We the went to the Irvine store, made the pirchase but had to gonback to mission viejo store to pickup phone because they were out but could activate the phone from there. Many employees were not aware of the new relationship with verizon. Not so happy experience making a purchase today.

He has not had any problems with it overheating. Only pain is finding cords to adapt to the new iphone port (where you plug all the things in)
