Not a good idea purchasing this stuff! I pre ordered last 16 of September for this but until now nothing happened! It is frustrating! Disappointed and frustrated!

Not really being fair here, but Best Buy asked me to review my new iPhone 15 Pro Max purchase even though I still don’t have it 4 days after it was promised, with no promise date in sight. So, so far I’m not very happy about that and feel the need to voice my dissatisfaction. Of course it’s no doubt Apple’s fault. Maybe it’s due to all the early negative reviews and press about the battery overheating in the Pro models? Somehow we believe batteries won’t overheat during fast charging when heat dissipation is compromised. Makes you want to buy a government mandated EV!

Worst issue turning phone into Verizon. I am a total tech member and have 60 days to return and price match but then Best Buy sent me to Verizon, Verizon sent me to Best Buy after four trips it still hadn't been matched with current trade in value.

So much for doing a pre-order. And then tell me you're gonna get it on the 26th. When you don't and they You know, you're saying that there's gonna be a delay. What a let down. Period

Finally find new iPhone at Best Buy store in stock, very helpful guy . Tacoma store nice people work there .

Pre ordered and it got delayed not sure if I’ll get my device at all now because there not sure when they’ll get more in, was supposed to be available to pick up on September 26th, pointless to pre order if you won’t get the device on time

Nothing new same old same old, stick to your 14 pro it’s the same
