First off, the phone is fantastic. The issue is Best Buy themselves. I used Best Buy because of the advertised trade in allowance; which was substantially higher than ATT&T. I placed the order, changed my plan (losing my grandfathered plan with HBO MAX), and did all that was asked. Now I am told after multiple calls that it has been "escalated " Well, it's been escalated a few times now. I was even told that I didn't select a trade in...my photos prove otherwise. The second photo is the geek squad's personal phone. I even had the call center guy go along with me on our devices showing him that the offer is still available. They will not honor this even though it's still up on the site. DO NOT under any circumstances trust Best Buy to honor any online offer WHATSOVER! They will lie to you and tell you to have a good day. I am going to try once more before going to AT&T. They offered to take it for me as they saw what happened. 350 is better than nothing but time isn't on my side as the trade in deadline approaches. And Im sure that is what the plan is on Best Buys side.

Don’t trust on price match agreement they mentioned. I bought in Black Friday offer and have seen the price was reduced as part of cyber Monday. I ordered two phones and I did not receive them. and When I contacted them and informed that the order had not arrived, they admitted their mistake, which was that the order was placed in the street and they did not even contact me. They returned the order to me again, and while I was waiting for me to get the order, suddenly the order was deleted. After calling them again, they told me. That the first order has been delivered and there mission has ended and they will not bear any responsibility!!! And I have to tell the police to find out who took the order !!! This is a shame on you Best-buy and on the FedEx that you deal with, as they throw people's belongings on the streets without caring or even calling or contact

Bought a iPhone and returned it sealed . The Best Buy rep opened the iPhone to obtain the passcode pin off the phone and I got charged the 45$ restocking fee.Felt I was robbed. I am considering submitting a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Upgraded from a iPhone 13 pro max to a iPhone 15 pro max & the difference is night and day, its an amazing handheld computer woth excellent battery life

This phone stops always when playing music. One of my reasons to purchase a high end phone is high quality. Perhaps I got a lemon! I hope I get every issue resolved. Sometimes my phone fails to call when I place a phone call to my contact list.

Phone is fine but there’s a problem with the checkout process. It said $1000 trade-in value for my 13 Pro Max but when I try to apply the promo code at AT&T, it says $350. I called 611 & they said the same thing. Bestbuy shouldn’t tell u $1000 if it isn’t true. Something wrong with the system.

Horrible purchase. No help with staff. Went in 5 times for help. 95 % of staff I talked to were new. Don’t know how to help me. I still can’t receive calls in and they won’t let me return it. Don’t buy here

I was super happy with the phone but they made me sign up for a new contract wich in return basically caused me to create a whole new identity

I purchased the phone on 9-25 and it was supposed to arrive on 10-6, but it hasn’t. Therefore, I can’t rate the phone, but I’ll rate the delivery as poor.

AT&T is the worst company ever. Takes your money and then suspends your device for no reason. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

This phone has an extremely high-powered processor that generates an insane amount of heat, especially when it is charging or you are playing a game or running a demanding application. Apple decided to sandwich this high-powered A17 chip in between glass and titanium with an aluminum internal frame. Apple also decided to forgo any kind of upgraded passive thermal cooling - namely, they decided not to utilize a vapor chamber to effectively disperse and dissipate the large amounts of heat generated by this phone. When you combine weak passive cooling in the form of graphene with a titanium outer frame (titanium is far less thermally conductive than aluminum), you end up with a large amount of heat concentrated on the SoC with nowhere to go. This chip gets hotter and hotter until eventually, when the heat does permeate the titanium frame, the phone itself is nearly 120 degrees Fahrenheit in the hand. All of the upgrades made to this phone are fully offset by the amount of thermal throttling and degradation this phone's technology will rapidly experience due to lack of inclusion of vapor chamber cooling. You are much, much better off picking up a 14 Pro or 14 Pro Max and upgrading in the future once Apple has decided to integrate cooling upgrades that have been available in the cell phone marketplace for years at this point.

I honestly believe that Best Buy and carriers have a deal, that's why they don't carry unlocked iPhone 15's... I know most companies have backdoor deals to benefit them both, but it's unfortunate that they decided to go with this marketing... Supply versus demand also makes it look like there flying off the shelves, just look every where and shipping dates go into November... The phone is great for anyone who has an iPhone 12 or lower, minor changes shouldn't force you to get this one... Pass

The intertwining of these elements means there's no clear avenue to critique the services in isolation. It seems the only channel to air grievances about Apple's services is through a review of their tangible devices. Even more concerning? There appears to be no direct feedback mechanism within Apple that works towards genuine improvement. I invite others to leave tales of their own apple horror stories in similar reviews. Regrettably, my own experience with Apple's support has been nothing short of a nightmare. For three agonizing months, I sought assistance for an issue with my daughter’s device. Despite sending them detailed logs and error screenshots 70 days ago, Apple's response has been nonexistent. Their senior advisor promised a follow-up, which never materialized. When I took the initiative to reach out, they suggested restarting the entire troubleshooting process, disregarding the countless hours I've already spent on the issue. Evidently, Apple’s “policy” forces customers to revert to the rudimentary steps of problem-solving, like "let's reboot the device", even after extensive back-and-forth. My patience ran thin during a call with a “senior advisor” who, instead of assisting, chose to end the call and inaccurately report that I hung up. All because I told him I wasn’t starting over again due to Apple’s own failure to follow through. My time and effort are important too, and the absence of an escalation process and the inability to break away from a cyclical support system is profoundly disheartening. A particularly alarming incident occurred after the latest iOS release. Parental controls, meant to shield young eyes from inappropriate content, have catastrophically failed. Content, including mature movies, are became accessible to my young children overnight. The only way to fix it was to turn of all family sharing, breaking numerous other aspects of the Apple ecosystem. This isn't the first instance either; a previous iOS update presented similar challenges. Apple's silence and lack of accountability on such a severe flaw are unacceptable. While Apple's hardware might dazzle, their support system and software reliability are in dire need of introspection and overhaul. The bureaucracy seems more focused on redirecting issues than genuinely resolving them. It's disheartening to see a brand of Apple's stature falter in such fundamental areas. Potential buyers and users should approach with caution.

Traded for a computer. Computer had malware. Brought back and canceled trade. They gave best buy credit I said I didn't trade best buy credit I need the phone. They said buy phone with credit no worries. Credit given is $600 less than phone.

I've had the worst time with the new iPhone. First of all, you can't open your new phone and plug it in. They don't include a connector to the wall and your old cords won't work because it's new technology. Why wouldn't they give you an adaptor? The camera has been blurry. Way worse than the iPhone 13
