Case is smooth but has some grip on the sides. Doesn’t seem to scratch on the surfaces I’ve set it on so far. For the price it could always be better but definitely a solid option to get when buying the phone until you find the perfect case for you

This is an official Apple case. The case looks good but as far as protecting your phone (investment) I would not recommend it to all. First of it’s a very slick case. If your hands are dry it will likely slip off your hands. Second if you drop your phone a lot stay away. I’ve cracked several screen protectors. If this fall face flat the flaw is that the bottom half of the phone pops out passed the bezel making contact with the surface it has fallen on. So if you get this case get a screen protector it’s a must. Other wise you’ll crack your screen and damage the finish on the bottom of your phone.
