I purchased an i iphone ON the 23 rd of December as a Christmas present for my granddaughter and when I received the delivery and opened the SEALED box the Iphone was not inside and a yellow box cutter was inside the box I contacted best buy who told me to contact law enforcement dispute the charge and reached out to customer care best buy refused to replace the phone and refund my money and completely ignored me i was told to send in photos of the empty box and all sides only to not receive a statement four times from BESTBUY HOW THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REPLACE OR REFUND MY MONEY BEST BUY HAVS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST CARE AND IWORST CUSTOMER CARE AND SATISFACTION BEST BUY RUSHED ME OFF THE BACK PHONE THE EXPLANATION GIVEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS POORLY WRITTEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE I AM OUT OF 1036.58 I CALLED BEST BUY AND BEST BUY’S AI RECORDER STATED THE PHONE WAS ACTIVATED ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER AND DELIVERED ON THE 26TH OF DECEMBER. HOW COULD I HAVE ACTIVATED A PHONE THAT I DIDN’T HAVE IN MY POSSESSION This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter THIS WAS A PURCHASE I MADE INSIDE THE STORE AND ORDERED FROM THE STORE CLERK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE IN STOCK. I HAVE TOTAL TECH WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO COVER APPLE CARE INCLUDING THEFT I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH BEST BUY AND DISAPPOINTED I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO. I received an empty phone box. I called Customer service which said I will receive a replacement phone. Only to be given the run around for days. I was even sent to pick up at a store an hour and 45 minutes from me to only be there for about 4 hours and still no replacement and no refund. Manager told me this happens all the time with FedEx and they would recoup the loss from them. Another lie. I've called and called and still nothing. Only to have to go repurchase this phone again for my son because this was his Christmas gift. Imagine a child opening a gift and there's nothing there and now you don't have a Christmas gift. I lost over $700 and had to rebuy again. I bought from Best Buy again because this is the only place I have been able to find the Iphone 16. I WAS a customer of Best Buy. I have purchased Dell products, Mac Book, etc. But because of the customer service I will now go elsewhere. I don't have money to just give away. I spen gas driving almost 2 hours from my home and wasted an entire day with no good resolution for me. Not giving me a refund or replacement for what I paid for is not acceptable. The phone was delayed in transit...Why? It went a different route than the other phone for my daughter that I ordered the same day...Why? The both came from same location in Georgia. But yet this is my fault that you all use a carrier that you have problems with products going missing. Customer service said it would be replaced but didn't. My advice to others: Don't have your order delivered from Best Buy because they will take no responsibility if something happens to it.

Item was missing from box when received. Poor customer service when I submitted a claim. Will not order anything online from Best Buy again and will just order from a different store next time. Was left with not Christmas present to give and no money. Know multiple people who had troubles with their online orders as well.

I recently picked up the iPhone 16 128GB in Black, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The phone feels incredibly fast and smooth thanks to the new A18 chip — everything from apps to multitasking just works effortlessly. Battery life has also been great, easily lasting me through a full day with plenty of use.
The camera quality is a big highlight. Photos are sharp and vibrant, and the new Camera Control button makes capturing moments quicker and more convenient. It’s not a “Pro” camera system, but for everyday photos and videos, it delivers excellent results.
What really surprised me is Apple Intelligence. It adds helpful features without getting in the way, and it already makes things like writing, searching, and organizing much easier.
The build quality is classic Apple — solid, sleek, and comfortable to hold. The Black color looks clean and elegant. Since it’s unlocked, setting it up with my carrier was simple and hassle-free.
Overall, this is a fantastic phone for anyone looking for power, reliability, and a modern iPhone experience without jumping to the more expensive Pro models. Definitely worth the buy!

Bought for my Granddaughter SHE LOVES IT! It was a significant upgrade to her old phone at a great price! Easy to switch data over to new phone from old. I am proud of my Granddaughter she is 14 and able to do this on her own without losing any pictures, contacts, or text messages. She is very organized and stores school assignments and appointments with this phone. Hey grandparents if you want to buy your grandkids a gift that is worth its weight in gold buy them an iPhone. Security and piece, it can be tracked using the iPhone security feature. Helps if phone is lost or stolen.

I’ve been using the iPhone 16 for a bit, and it’s a solid phone overall. The new A18 chip makes everything feel fast, and the camera takes sharp, vibrant photos. I like the addition of the Action button and Camera Control—it’s handy for quick shortcuts. That said, the screen is still only 60Hz, which feels behind compared to other phones in this price range, and there’s no telephoto zoom. If you’re already in the Apple ecosystem, it’s a good upgrade, but it doesn’t feel like a huge leap forward.

I have taken the time to express my review to this great team, the day I went they were with a lot of work since it was BlackFriday time but even so the guys who were so busy with work did all their effort to deliver my product on time not only to me, also while I was waiting the girl who was next to me I was surprised by how skilled they are and how great they work as a team, thank you team for making it possible for many people to deliver on time

The iPhone 16 was a purchase for a family member.
Transferring from their much older Android model was easy enough, and they're slowly getting used to the new OS.
Being an Apple product, the camera quality is excellent, and the battery life seems great so far. It is an easy recommendation if it fits your price range and/or is on sale.

This iPhone 16 is absolutely amazing. The black finish looks premium, the performance is incredibly fast, and the battery life is solid. Beyond the product, I want to highlight the excellent customer support. I had to make a last-minute change to the pickup person, and the support team helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. Great product and top-tier service!
