Hey guys I wish I would be able to say somethin good but I purchased this case used and when it arrived I opened the box and there was no case. I get in customer support to talk to one of your representatives and he told me I would be getting a new IPhone 16 case. I waited until the date he sent me that he said I would be receiving the new case and then it never arrived. Then I get back and call Best Buy 2 weeks later what the deal was and I talk to a lady who said she was going to provide me with a new case. And while she was getting that she hung up on me. ONCE AGAIN I call again and finally a lady says she can get me a refund when in all reality all I needed was the case. So asked her if she could just order and new iPhone case for me and she said no and said all she could do is get me a refund. This has been an insanely long process and I am not happy at all. All I would like is a refund as well as a new iPhone 16 case. I am very disappointed and I usually don’t send these types emails or reviews but it was not fair to me to wait all this time and not get the case I was promised. Will not be shopping at Best Buy in the future until this problem is resolved

I recently bought a brand new ipjone 16. I wantsd a reliable clear case and I sent straight to best buy. I love the product.

Great case and mag safe charging works perfectly. Wish there was more coverage on the bottom.

This case is just ok. Had to return it coz after just using it for a short period of time, my fingerprint is all over it :( Not worth the price.

Buttons were hard and case price is just not worth it, bought it because it was a clear case and did not impress

This case fits the iPhone perfectly and keeps the original design visible. The MagSafe connection is strong and works exactly as expected. It feels durable while staying slim and lightweight. Great protection without adding bulk.

Did not like at all slippery dose not have a good grip

The clear case definitely shows off the phone inside and remains clear and scuff-free over the past few months of use. However, the sleek design of this case are a plus and a minus at the same time. While the simple lines of the case nice to look at, there are no features for grip onto. The case is smooth. Sure it comes out of your pocket when you want it to, but it also comes out of your pocket when you don't want it to.

Ordered a used/excellent condition. It looks brand new and shipped quickly. This Apple case is simple and well-designed. Fists perfectly.

It slides off of surfaces and provides minimal protection if it falls. It’s easily charged on a flat surface charger and it looks nice because you can see the color of your phone.
