Great phone, best battery life and best phone I’ve ever owned

I purchased the phone from Best Buy in Elizabethtown, KY. FedEx delivered two empty boxes instead of my phone. I’ve spent two weeks trying to resolve this issue but Best Buy refuses to refund my money or send a replacement phone to the store. FedEx refuses to help. The Best Buy store says they can’t help. This is the worse purchase I ever made. Best Buy is no different than the thief that stole the phone during shipping unless they do the right thing and resolve this issue with the customer which so far they have refused!!!

The new Iphone fixes all the issues i had on X double battery life, memory, speed, features. More room for apps, bigger screen, better resolution, the list goes on

Was hesitant to stop using my old dependable 6s Plus, but time wasn't on my side nor my battery life. Am very happy with my new phone (16 Plus) and as a senior citizen it has been easy to adapt to the changes. I can do everything much faster, have more features, photo quality is great and do not regret retiring my 6s Plus.

Love this iPhone 16+ after having the iPhone 8+ since 2018. This phone is fast, clearer video, great camera quality. Siri responds without a home button to push. Neat product, should have bought sooner.

The iPhone 16 plus is a great phone with the mix of a very good camera, large screen and long lasting battery size.

Like the phone size and features but the one thing that came across as cheap is that Apple chose to not include a charging block with the cable. Salesman kept saying it included the charger but there was no block to plug into the wall! Also no mention of upgrade to faster charging system which meant all my old Apple charging devices would not work with the new phone. Seems cheap to require the additional purchases for charging system after paying over $900 for the phone plus inconvenience of having to return to store after finding out previous Apple devices don’t work with the new phone

I love my new iPhone 16 Plus with Apple Intelligence. It is a wonderful improvement over my old iPhone 6S. I do miss the Home Key, but am getting used to operating my phone without a Home Key.

This phone was worth waiting for. Love the color and the new features and size. The side button for the camera is the best feature for me along with a longer battery life. Waiting for AI to really be able to use it as it was designed.

I chose to purchase a iPhone 16 plus and I have been really impressed with my purchase after upgrading from a iPhone 6. Great phone, I’m really enjoying learning all its features and what it has to offer. I really like apple products and would recommend them to anyone upgrading to a new iPhone. Nothing compares nor comes close to the quality and security that these devices have to offer. There’s never been a better time to experience and buy before the price goes up because of the tariffs !!!

The iPhone 16 plus is a great product. I have Best Buy membership and I receive Apple care and 12 month financing. It’s better than buying phone through Apple. Customer service was excellent.

My children talked me into getting a iPhone. Taking pictures are amazing, I’m still getting familiar with the iPhone, love it.
