This is a refurbished phone and it is absolutely perfect! I’ve had it for a few weeks now and couldn’t even be more pleased! The people at Best Buy were absolutely fabulous about helping me. Find the right phone for the right price! I highly recommend using the representatives in the store to help you pick out the best fit for you! My previous phone was an iPhone 12 this was a huge step up for me, but it’s been absolutely amazing. I love it and I love Best Buy. Thank you so much for all your help and your guidance!

The color of the phone is very pretty. It was easy to purchase then take to the carrier for activation. Transfer of data from other iPhone was easy and seems complete so far

The phone meets all my expectations, I did have an issue with the first phone, it was defective. They took the old phone back but there was an issue sending all the data over that took forever, luckily the Geek Squad was able to help.

I love this phone! I have had an SE since 2018 and decided to upgrade to the bigger viewing screen in the better features that I didn’t have. Service at Best Buy was the best! The girl sorry I don’t know her name help me unboxed my phone set it up with a hard screen, protector, and cord to charge and was very nice about it. Highly recommend the store in this phone.

Got this phone for my daughter and she loves it. Taking pictures with this phone, makes you photo looks like you had a photo shoot. Dont wait run
