I bought an unlocked phone. I live in the Caribbean so ensured that it was unlocked. Upon receiving it was actually locked. Worse thing is that when I contacted the seller they could not help me because I was not in the states anymore. What a waste of money. Disappointed and will never advice anyone to trust Beat Buy so-called unlocked phones
