You already know I’ll give this device a 10/10 because. The pink color is really pretty — not too bright, just soft and cute, and it looks even better in person. The phone feels fast and smooth when I’m using it, apps open quickly, and everything runs without lag. The camera takes really clear photos, especially in good lighting, and I like how easy it is to take pictures and videos. The screen looks great for watching videos and scrolling, and the battery lasts me pretty much all day with normal use. Overall, this phone looks good, works great, and feels like a big upgrade. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a stylish iPhone that performs well. And the service guy was really patient with me so shoutout to him too

I LOVE my iPhone 16 Plus! Perfect color! Very loud and also very big!!! Camera quality is super clear and the new camera control button is very handy when you want to take a quick pic! The battery life is also a huge improvement from my old phone and basically lasts all day!

The Iphone 16 plus was just the phone to match my needs. I am a senior that does not do the apps, etc. The phone is larger and the print is larger.. The photo quality is excellent. The battery life is more than adequate. All around good choice. Best Buy set it up. Transferred my data from the older phone. And... Surprise surprise, I now have photos that I thought were gone on my older phone. The transfer found those photos. Best Buy was significantly less challenging than the AT&T store experiences for previous phones. Great experience all around and still maintained my Iphone use.

Great screen size. Camera is decent quality even if it's not the upgraded version. Battery life is great and phone has minimal issues.

I gifted the iPhone 16 plus to my daughter the day of her birthday and she really loves it, works great, the color turquoise is unique and beautiful, easy to transfer all the information, battery, speaker, and all works well, you don’t have to go to your carrier to get it all set, you could do it at home.

The phone is beautiful! However, I had replaced an iphone 10--so there are so many new things to learn about the 16+. So impressed with the battery life! Taking pictures, camera, email, texts... all fine. But there are things that I don't quite know how to use--icons I never saw before... I wish you had in-person tutorials!

The phone is good quality the battery lasts longer nice the camera is Average a little better the back camera but overall the phone quality is good .

The iPhone 6 Plus has a big, clear screen and good battery life. It works well for everyday use like texting and browsing, but it can be slow with newer apps. The camera is okay in good light but not great in the dark. Overall, it’s a solid phone if you want a large screen and basic features.

This phone is one of the fastest running Apple products that I have purchased and it is the lightest iPhone that I have ever bought. Very very happy with my purchase! Best Buy’s option to purchase an unlocked phone saved me from having to be locked into a contract with my phone carrier and that is a huge plus for me

Unknowingly went to AT&T employee in store fpr their company. He welcomed us, asked question, he began spiel. Asked who was my cell provider. I clamly stopped him and apologized, I thought he was best buy employee, I was not interested in switching no matter their offering. Hes didnt miss a beat, said ok then answered our questions, gave his advice, knowledge of product. Which phones best buy had that were unlocked. Not realizing they close their stand earlier than store, he continued to provide us with what gen phone would best fit what we wanted in a phone. His coworker closed up. He walked us to where product was kept, got best buy associate to get item. Walked with us to front of store chatting. He never once appeared concerned he wouldnt get a comission or sale, he just helped us when he easily could have passed us off to a best buy associate. All our wants for our phone was 100% spot on.
