I made the mistake of purchasing a refurbished phone from another dealer. It was awful! Every time I needed it the screen was frozen. I learned my lesson quickly. I LOVE my iPhone 16 Plus! Perfect color! Very loud and also very big!!! Camera quality is super clear and the new camera control button is very handy when you want to take a quick pic! The battery life is also a huge improvement from my old phone and basically lasts all day!
