iPhone 16 pro max, is the best. We switched our phones and these are so much better the quality, better life, all the simple things it comes with like the camera button on the side, the phones work great, would recommend!

I like my previous android over the new I phone. Is not user friendly. everything is over complicated. The screen is smaller then Samsung.

I have used Android for 20+ years. I decided to try Apple and this phone is amazing. Very stable. Better than I s24Ultra. I love it. I bought it from BestBuy because they could deliver the 1tb Pro Max in 3 days, I was pleased with Best Buy, as usual, so I also bought the Apple Watch Ultra 2 titanium. Very pleased with Apple and Best Buy.

It's been 13 years since I've had an iPhone from Apple. I am not disappointed at all with this device and the quality of it has been awesome. The quality of the camera is great for recording my baby daughter and I'm thinking of doing some content creation with this great phone!

We are liking the camera upgrade compare to the 13 that we had. Night time pictures are even better on this iPhone. We are also enjoying the ease of use for the camera button on the edge of the phone. App are comparable in loading and usage speeds, glad that was not a negative factor in this upgrade.

Unbelievable image and brightness. Much more lighter than the 14 and 13.

I always get a iPhone Pro Max version due to the increased battery capacity and the awesome camera. Definitely not disappointed. Very happy with my purchase. The new features for the camera are amazing.

Traded in 12Pro for this 16 Pro Max. The size is just right. Not too big. We have Wi-Fi 7 with our NETGEAR Orbi router and this new phone has Wi-Fi 7 so it’s super fast. Also got the most memory at 1 TB so on top of the latest and greatest technology.

It has been a great phone so far. The battery lasts all day with normal use.

I love my iPhone 16 pro max . It’s amazing and everything the only thing I think and could be software issue when you go to the camera and it blackout on you .

I went from a iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 16 pro max and it was a big upgrade. Definitely worth the upgrade; money well spent.

The cashier in the phone section refused to place the screen cover on my phone that I purchased at the time of transaction. Instead, he directed me to the GeekSquad that had a line of 5 walk in and 3 appointments. They were so overwhelmed, they could barely respond when asked if I could return to have it placed (not knowing if this was offered outside of the day of purchase). I went to another Best Buy and the cashier in the phone section had no issue applying it. Your lazy sales clerk had no one else in line at the Camelback store and returned to joking around with his work mates as he turned me away. Inconsistency in offerings across stores and the lack of engagement from home boi at Camelback deserves you two stars. Time to remind them of the definition of customer service.

Excellent camera and phone altogether. It doesn’t get better than this. Can’t wait till they come out with AI update.
