There were no issues with the store itself from Best Buy everything was perfect customer service and all it was just the actual ATT company who gave me the worst experience

It is a very great phone for multiple uses and is very fast in taking pictures with high accuracy. Its battery lasts for long periods of time and charges quickly. The best feature in this version is the ability to access the satellite.

Phew, it’s a lot to take in! I upgraded from an iPhone 8, and the 16 Pro Max has a lot of new bells and whistles. So far, I’m happy! If overwhelmed lol

I’ve been using samsung for the last ten years or so the transition was a little tough to get used to but overall im happy with my Iphone. The user interface is a little lacking, i find myself digging around in the setting for basic features a little to often. For example connecting to a new wifi for the first time i have to open the settings app its the same deal with adding new bluetooth devices. Im not a fan of the hot bar at the bottom of the home screen, i would much prefer to remove it entirely so i can see my wallpaper unobstructed. The app library is unable to be customized at all which is frustrating. I dont like that to view the date or see notifications i have to pull down from the top to view the lock screen. The otterbox i have covers just enough of the top and bottom of the screen that it makes pulling down or swiping between apps almost impossible sometimes which has led me to avoid using any cases. Coming from android it feels like there are 5 steps forward and 8 steps back in various areas of the user experience. Overall i like my iphone but apple needs to put more effort into the user experience a bit more with future updates and models.
