Nice phone that has the hardware to explore all of Apple’s new AI updates. The new camera button on the side allows you to zoom in and out, and take photos without having to touch the screen. I get more excited with each update!

AT&T didn’t have phone on hand and they said Best Buy had phone, sales man was very helpful in answering all my questions. It’s been a while seen purchasing anything from Best Buy and as always everyone was very friendly. You’ve gained my trust again.

Massive improvement from IPhone 11pro max. I keep my phones for quite a while as you can see. The photo quality is amazing and battery life is a little less than I than I thought it would be, overall very satisfied.

Upgraded from 14Pro. Definitely see the upgrade, not sure why everyone is complaining so much. Sure apple intelligence didn’t roll out at launch, but this battery life more than makes up for the wait. Apple Intelligence isn’t the most important thing for me. I just wanted my phone to last through the day, which the 14Pro was incapable of doing. I love the natural titanium color, the lightness in the hand, the action button, camera control is actually cool to me believe it or not. Its a different iPhone experience for me and I have only owned the iPhone 12 Pro Max and 14 Pro prior to this. So to me the phone was very much worth the upgrade. I would say if all you care about is Apple Inteligence maybe wait for the 17. But if you want a newer iPhone experience with the added camera control feature, all day battery life, and a phone that doesn’t overheat, then this may be the phone for you.

I am very happy with the iPhone 16 pro max phone. Before I purchased this phone I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max. It has been a huge upgrade for me and I am very pleased. I love how much better the camera is and also the battery life. My phone actually lasts me all day instead of me having to charge it so it wouldn’t die. The camera takes amazing crystal clear pictures. So pleased and I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who loves taking pictures.

Iphone 16 pro max. The next gen IPhone is an awesome product. It is light and very comfortable to handle. Takes a little to get used to the new button and now you press and hold the ringer off/on instead of sliding it. There are too many things to list. I am very happy with my purchase. Try it today!!

I got this phone in July and absolutely loved it until recently. In the last few weeks it has gotten laggy and the occasionally freezes up. I need to take it in to be looked at. I do love the screen size and camera!

iPhone 16 pro max is a very powerful phone, the new side button is not as bad as some people have said it is. It has some interesting features and is quite useful when taking photos. The camera's quality is excellent for what i use it for. videos and pictures are sharper than ever. The reason for the 3 stars: The phone is still an incredibly fragile design which requires the owner to cover all the "beauty and expensive materials" with a case of their choice. As a carpenter the phone is not durable enough to handle real life. including dust/wood even large chunks get stuck in the ear speaker area. Siri with GPT integration isnt nearly as helpful or comprehensive as i was expecting. Every 3/4 years I switch between android flagship devices and iphone. After owning this very premium device for about a month I would not recommend this device at this price point unless someone is really attached to the apple ecosystem of products aka really wants the blue bubbles in "messages" I will likely be purchasing a business cell phone in the next month or two and that device will certainly not be an iPhone.

Early Christmas present for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it. It’s been the best purchase so far. 4x the storage over my girlfriend previous iPhone. Now I don’t have to worry about her saying her phone is full. It’s also louder which is great, although slightly annoying. Picture is great. Videos play flawlessly. Camera takes such awesome photos. Can’t recommend it any more. I may have to get one myself.

I upgraded from a Iphone 12 pro max and the Iphone 16 pro max has better camera quality and I've been missing out on this kind of battery life! I can use it all day and the charge last.

I have had an Apple phone in a lot of series, but this Apple 16 Pro Max is by far the best! The pictures from the cameras are amazing. They were good before but awesome now. The ease of using this phone is simple. I was going to wait for the IPhone 17, but heard such good things I decided to upgrade to the 16. No disappointment here. Great phone!
