    I had a Horrible time with the download from my IPhone 14Pro. Still having issues and the Apple “genius” people couldn’t figure it out after being on the phone for 2.5 hours. Now having to go in to the Apple Store to have them try to fix it. Right now the phone is not worth the cost. Hoping for good solution

    I had a horrible experience with Best Buy I bought a IPhone 16 pro max FedEx delivered my package to a different location and now not even Best Buy Verizon FedEx Apple care what’s to resolve the problem or replacement the phone
