I’ve been very happy with my iPhone 16e so far. One of the main reasons I like this phone is its very competitive price compared to the quality it offers. For the performance and features you get, I think it’s an excellent value. The camera has exceeded my expectations. While it may not be aimed at professional content creators, it is more than enough for those of us who use photos and videos for personal use and everyday memories. The image quality is sharp, well-balanced, and performs great in different lighting conditions, which makes it very reliable for daily use. Another highlight for me is the battery life. It easily lasts almost a day and a half, even with regular use, and the fast charging is a big plus when you need a quick boost during the day. Overall, the phone maintains everything I expect from Apple: smooth performance, speed, and reliability. The system feels agile and responsive, and everything works seamlessly. I would definitely recommend the iPhone 16e to anyone looking for a high-quality Apple device at a more accessible price point.

I’ve been using the iPhone 16 for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve made. The design is sleek and feels great in the hand — lightweight but premium. The display is incredibly bright and sharp, even in direct sunlight. Everything from scrolling to gaming is super smooth thanks to the updated processor. One of my favorite features is the camera. The photos are crisp and vibrant, especially in low light. The video stabilization is insane — it makes all my clips look professional. I also love the new AI-powered photo editing tools Apple added. Battery life has been solid — I can go all day with heavy use and still have a little charge left at night. And with the faster charging, it only takes around 30 minutes to get back to 80%. Overall, the iPhone 16 feels like a real leap forward. If you’re coming from an older model, this is definitely worth it. Apple nailed it this time.

Great phone! Very fast, smooth, and easy to use. The battery lasts all day, and the screen looks amazing. The camera takes very clear pictures, and everything works perfectly. Totally worth it!

I always buy my smartphones and computers at Best Buy for store pickup so that it doesn't get lost in the mail. The iPhone 16e works good. I'm getting used to Face ID. Battery life is a little better than previous versions. So is the camera. For the satellite connectivity feature, you need to have no Wi-Fi and no cellular in order to use that (it's a last resort option) and you need to be outside with clear skies or at least next to a large window. This is a known issue amongst Apple support, but sometimes for newer iPhones, when you try to find the satellite feature, it doesn't even show up in the control center. I just updated my software, restarted my iPhone and waited a couple of days and it just came up by itself.

Peformance is reasonable but there are glitches at times where the phone hangs with almost nothing is running in background, restart might just fix it. This is 100% stripped down version of the iPhone line up in the current day, almost an amp'ed up version of SE version of iPhones, camera quality during poor light conditions can degrade quality. Good for light to moderate use, heavy streaming and multiple apps can also cause the phone to slow down, although it has a decent processor capacity. Battery can heatup during iOS upgrades, which I have not experienced in any other version of my iPhones, although battery power retention is pretty good. While a bit pricey for the performance, you can Overall you can make do with little adjustments. Great for kids

Really good phone, good photos, snappy and good battery I guess the only reason I don't give it 5 starts is because it isn't Magsafe compatible, which is kind of crazy for a $600.00 phone.

It’s good. It’s an Iphone so uh you kind of know what to expect. The camera is pretty average for today’s standards, but if you’re buying the e version you should be aware of that already. Runs fast, good battery life and decent size/weight compared to last phone.

Great phone! I replaced my aging iPhone 8 with a 16e. While a bit bigger, the 16e was perfect... Lots of features and less than half the price of the newest models. Holds a charge for days and takes great photos. Unless you are trying to open a photo studio, this phone shoulf do the trick for most buyerd!

I just purchased a new iPhone 16e, to replace my Second Generation iPhone SE. The storage capacity is doubled, which allows me to maintain a large library of photos. The camera features are considerably enhanced. With a battery life of 21 hours, I no longer have to be concerned with recharging, when I am away from home.

I purchased this phone for my spouse. He is impressed with the clarity of the screen and the ease of use. Battery holds charge well and the camera is great. Best Buy team member was wonderful is getting everything set up and even install the screen protector for us.

The iPhone 16e feels great in your hand, has a beautiful bright screen, long battery life, and takes sharp photos easily. It’s fast, reliable, and makes everyday tasks enjoyable and hassle-free. Definitely is a great option!

​It’s surprisingly light. It’s easier to use with one hand compared to the Pro models. ​The battery is a beast. I’ve easily gone a full day with plenty of juice left by bedtime. ​It’s fast. It has the same A18 chip as the regular 16, so apps open instantly and it doesn't stutter. ​The screen is sharp, but if you’re coming from a Pro phone, you’ll notice it’s not as bright in direct sunlight. Also, no 120Hz means scrolling doesn't look quite as smooth ​ There’s no MagSafe, so if you have a bunch of magnetic chargers or wallets, they won't stick. You also lose out on some of the camera lenses too so the soon isn't as good Also there is no Wi-Fi 7. To be quite honest and very disappointed in Apple intelligence. I was hoping that it would be more expansive and more like the rest of the AR software platforms, but it seems to only be a helpmate for the rudimentary software that already come set up in apple. And also it really just depends on chat. GPT and you have to have a chat GPT account just to really get the good effects of the Apple intelligence. All in all pretty good phone, very affordable. Pretty good quality for the price. I'd recommend for Apple users on a budget

Great upgrade on my old iPhone…..very simple and straightforward to setup my new phone and transfer my data from one phone to the other. Good quality display, top quality camera and a longer battery life than previously.

This phone is a huge upgrade from my former iPhone mini 12. It's just a tad bigger than my old phone, which I had to get used to. The features are great and the phone works great as well.

I’d give this phone a 5-star experience (in line with Best Buy’s customer ratings). It’s a great mid-range iPhone if you want reliable performance, long battery life, and Apple’s ecosystem without the premium price tag. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the flagship iPhones, but it’s an excellent value for the money.

I find the iPhone 16a easy to use and it doesn't seem to need charging very often. It takes great pictures and movies also.
