    I like my new phone and I am considering taking a class at Apple to get more familiar with it. The employee at Best Buy, I think his name is Jared, was super helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got just what I wanted.

    Verizon store sent me to Best Buy! Greatest Verizon rep at BB transferred data from iPhone 8 to 16, it was a challenge with the battery threatening to die, old phone not processing info over to new phone easily. Thankfully, nothing lost.

    I think the overall buying experience being excellent had allot to do with Apple being a great product to begin with & then the sales person Sam was monumental in my understanding of which device would be a good fit for me. It was an easy transition from my old phone iPhone 7 to the new iPhone 16e.
