Customer Ratings & Reviews

10/10 Honestly, this phone dope display is beautiful, everything feels extremely smooth and fast, the cameras take amazing pictures and videos, and the battery life has been great\. It feels premium, performs like a beast, and has all the features I want in a phone\. If you want the best iPhone experience, I’d definitely recommend the 17 Pro Max\. **Easy 10/10\. No complaints

I had a 14 promax and the phone was old. So my husband and myself upgraded to the 17 pro Mac and it has the Best battery and camera.

Iphone 17 pro max. Is a great option, run smooth and take great pictures. Highly recommended

Nice long battery life, works much faster than my 14

Battery life excellent, can watch a whole baseball game on it and still have battery life for two days, 5 stars for the device and hardware, software though I think that is where it falls on its face, I’ve never encountered an IOS that has had this many bugs, glitches, etc. glass is a cool look but redesigning layout to your needs can be a chore, simply can be better yes but limitations on selection can be a hinderance in its self, if you have a 14pro, upgrade, you have newer and still want it? Buy it.

We love Apple; my children love the colors, the battery life, and all the features.

This is an amazing phone with great display and takes amazing photos!

Amazing phone. It holds the charge for a long time and the camera is amazing

My new IPhone 7Pro Max works great. My previous IPhone was out of date and it needed to go. So far it has functioned flawlessly. My only complaint was that the folks at Best Buy were unable to get my new phone up and running and I needed a trip to the local Verizon store to get things fixed.

The phone itself is great! Love the new awesome color. Respond well. iOS 26 issues, not phone issues. Would recommend

Very nice camera, very fast app interaction, easy to navigate, very user friendly

Overall, if you’re coming from a 13 Pro Max, you still have a capable phone, but the 17 Pro Max feels like a true next-generation upgrade. It’s a smarter, lighter, and more powerful device that’s especially worth it if you care about photography, performance, or keeping up with Apple’s newest AI-driven features.

[Employee of bestbuy] best iphone design and features as of yet! Upgrades from a 15 Pro Max!
