Purchased this phone to use on my account. Phone arrived, i went to set up through bestbuys process and the phone somehow activated on Verizon. The store couldnt do anything and customer service gave me the run around for 4+ days. Said theyd send me a replacement but ended up canceling and not telling me wh. Not im stuc paying for a phone i cant use.

Great phone but when I bought it to trade in, it said I would receive $1000 in trade in credit but they’re only giving me $500. Thank for falsely advertising the trade in credit. Not to mention how some parts of the phone have detracted in the inside but according to Best Buy tech support, it’s natural for things to come apart inside your phone.

Problems with iPhone before leaving store. Not at All satisfied.

Worst iPhone they ever made. After being with Apple for many years, this will be my last. This phone is slow, battery is trash, camera is big time trash no way 48mp, many random bugs. The camera and screen is the same as the 12 pro max. Only good thing is the color.

NoThe sole issue with the product is that a Best Buy employee stole the item during the return process and falsely accused me of shipping an empty package to their warehouse location, which was handling the return.

Didn’t recieve the right item and will not be ordering from them again

The phone randomly stops working. Just suddenly goes silent. I went back to Best Buy. They said “it happens” but offer no help or solution.

I upgraded from an iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB and was initially unsure if downsizing my storage was a good idea. I’m happy to say the 256GB option has been more than enough for my needs, and I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra money. The iPhone 17 Pro Max itself is an excellent upgrade. It is fast, smooth, and noticeably improved in all the right ways, especially the battery life. Overall, I’m very happy with my new phone.

I was supposed to have the phone on launch day and not only do I still not have it they give you zero idea on what is happening.

couldnt say best buy lost my order and is refusing to cancel it and return my money

I'd love to review it. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting to get it.
