Excellent phone great camera and very great battery

Ordering the phone was very fast and easy. When picking up my new phone the service was great, I was in and out. The phone is amazing, camera quality excellent. Overall a very great phone and best buy experience.

LOVE my new 17 pro max! There were a couple of things I needed to adjust to, & I still don’t know everything it can do, but I’m gettin’ there. But it’s great!

I’ve been using the iPhone 17 Pro Max for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed. The phone feels very premium and solid in hand. Performance is super smooth — apps open fast, gaming is great, and there’s no lag at all. The battery life is excellent and easily lasts me a full day even with heavy use. The camera quality is amazing, especially in low light and for videos. The screen is bright, sharp, and great for watching content. It is a bit large and heavy, but that’s expected for a Pro Max model. Overall, it’s a powerful and reliable phone, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

This is the first Apple phone I've ever bought. I really enjoy it. I wouldn't change back to my other one. I'll keep buying an Apple phones. Just can't get enough of it. Can't put it down. It's just wonderful. Pictures are good. Everything goes good p

I bought this for my daughter and so far it has been a good phone. My only complaint is the software working with the GPS tends to go off while driving. I know Apple is aware of the problem and working on it but it’s disappointing for the !phone 17 Pro Max to not be on top of its game on this! The reason you pay a little more to go with the best of the best is to get the Best! I feel like they rushed on this one to get the phone out and cut corners.

I was against getting the 17 pro max because I didn’t see a difference from this and my 14 pro max. But I definitely notice all the improvements.

I lucked out in my situation considering I didn’t want to upgrade but phone credits deal promotion worked out really well for me. Great experience getting through Best Buy AT&T. The phone is great. The Deep Blue is so nice. Thermals are phenomenal for it to be cool to the touch almost always. Camera’s fantastic. Some iOS issues here and there that’ll get ironed out in time but nothing detrimental.

The battery life alone is what sold me I can forget to charge it for days and not have to worry. Fantastic screen resolution and the high refresh rate is gorgeous. This is my first non android phone and I’m very happy with my decision to switch to apple.

It’s an I phone. Same product every year. Had to return the first one. Black screen of death the day after I got it but they swapped it out for a brand new one

Great seamless experience. Arrived on time . No issues or complaints . Had a little hiccup with activation but it was definitely on my previous carriers end. I use to work for Best Buy mobile here before they shut down so we knew what to expect.

Phone has a slick feeling to it. Was thinking it wasn’t worth it but my thoughts have changed. Highly recommend the pro max for people with big hands.

This phone was taken sometime in route to be delivered or where it was tossed by the carrier. Best Buy immediately took the situation seriously and reimbursed this purchase. I hope they nail the thief. However, I had purchased 4 of the iPhone Pro Max for family and they are in love with them.

The iPhone 17 pro max has been great! We bought for my sis in law and she has nothing but great things to say about it. Best Buy is the reason we didn’t have to wait for long shipping also!
