No difference in my promax 16 and the promax 17. I woulda kept the 16 and waited for the 18 to come out. Even the manager at Apple told me he didn’t bother upgrading.

Awesome experience with Best Buy with Apple Products. As a rewards member I always purchase Apple products for discounts and also AppleCare included with being a rewards member.

I really like the new iPhone 17 Pro Max a lot. I especially like the clarity of photos and videos when I zoom in to distant objects and people.

Like the phone, but have literally spend OVER 20 HOURS on the phone with Verizon trying to sort out the trade-in. Verizon is a HORRIBLE option for service on this great phone, their reps will promise to call you back and never do. They'll hang up on you and not call you back. Their network is fine, but a HORRIBLE company to have to deal with. The Pro Max is a great update, but having to spend COUNTLESS HOURS with their worthless reps to get ANYTHING done take away from looking at this beautiful screen. If you haven't had to deal with their customer service, it's honestly hard to comprehend just how horrible of a company they are. I have a case ID number (356d0a) which NOBODY has reached back out to me like promised from over a week ago. Avoid activating on Verizon at all costs, as they don't deserve to have a single paying customer based on how poory you will be treated, lied to, hung up on and not even called back by supervisors after being promised.

I spent literally 3.5 hours to find out that my new Phone was not set up. The manager came over and said he was sorry, but I would have to go to the VERIZON store to have it set—no offer to help or anything.
