This phone is fantastic and has a great battery! The camera constantly flips to selfie mode without prompting. I’m hoping it’s a setting I can change because it’s annoying. The phone is otherwise amazing!!!

I’ve been upgrading iPhones for years, but the 17 Pro Max is on another level. The new A19 chip is lightning fast — everything feels instant, from multitasking to gaming. The camera system is phenomenal — especially in low light. The zoom and AI editing tools make every photo look professional without even trying. Battery life has noticeably improved; I can easily get through a full day of heavy use and still have power left. The titanium build feels incredibly premium yet lighter in hand. The new display is stunning — bright, crisp, and smooth. Apple really nailed the details this year. It’s not just an upgrade — it’s a whole new experience. If you’re debating it, go for it. Worth every penny.

If you want a big iPhone, this is obviously the best one to get. New design feels a lot better in the hand, despite the added weight. Camera is great, display is great, and the battery is the best that you will find.

Excellent performance, power, functionality. The size is perfect for me. I was using an S22 Ultra before this phone, and after using the iPhone 17 Pro Max, I can barely stand how huge the S22 Ultra is, and I do not think the downgrade in screen real-estate has negatively impacted my user experience. The cameras, available camera apps, and built in camera functions are amazing. I swapped to Apple to work better with my iPad and the Apple devices my friends and family use, and I do not regret it. The user interface isn't as amazing as diehard Apple fans will say, but it is smooth and intuitive for basic and slightly-above-basic processses.

Great iPhone! Truly enjoy the size and feel not this phone. Its special features make it worth the up grade. Can’t ask for better camera and picture quality.

Fist time IPhone owner and I have to tell you this phone is awesome. Processes fast and battery life is amazing so far. Was very skeptical about my purchase coming from a Galaxy S22 Ultra it Samsung can’t seem to get their software updates together. Camera quality is best I’ve seen on iPhone and in my opinion takes really good pictures. If you need a new phone I definitely recommend this one.

Love the phone. Best upgrade in years imo. No overheating issues as with previous models. Fast and the camera is amazing quality. However, Best Buy does not have the expertise or knowledge to provide the correct assistance when it comes to processing upgrades for Verizon. They simply sold me a new phone and activated it on my existing number, leaving my old phone with the installment payments as before. No trade-in was performed during the process of the upgrade even though I was told it had been done, even telling me what my trade-in allowance would be. This led to my spending at least three hours going from Verizon to BB and back to Verizon to get the situation resolved. Costing me much more in time and lost pay. Buyer beware.

Best battery life on a phone. Pictures and videos also look great. I had iPhone 14 Pro Max and it was worth the upgrade

The camera on this phone is incredible! Love my upgrade as it was much needed. Best Buy also provided a seamless delivery and partnered with Verizon to make this upgrade so easy. I love my new phone!
