Not entirely off, but enough to clip the side buttons, thus moving the sound up or down.

However, it is quite thick and heavy, which makes the phone look noticeably bulkier. The grip feels uncomfortable, and it’s also difficult to remove once installed. Overall, while it offers protection, it sacrifices comfort and convenience for bulkiness.
