Great phone phone after I had to go some where else to purchase a a phone. Fedx delivered a box that had been opened and no phone. Best Buy and Fedx were no help. You try and call Best Buy !! Worst group of people I have ever had to deal with. Don't care and no help with the problem !

The product is good and works as described. The Best Buy rep that sold the product needs to be clearer in what will be changed to your cellular agreement. I had to renegotiate my contract with AT&T bc the rep had changed my contract terms
