I came from an IPhone 14 Pro, the 18 pro is a fresh start, it’s fast and holds battery life well and LOVE the new camera and features and features of IOS 27 as well.

After years of a very satisfied phone experience with my iPhone 8 Plus, I was finding that the bank and other financial apps were shutting me out from using the apps. The iOS version under 18 wasn’t going support the phone on their apps. So when the new iPhone 18 was released, I made the change. My new experience with the updated technology has been exceptional. The upgraded apps provide functionality improvements that make my financial business easier and faster with more flexibility. The security with facial recognition technology has been an improvement over the fingerprint technology. I am still learning about the new functionality found in the iPhone 18 Pro. Worth the upgrade! My most unexpected pleasurable experience was with the data transfer completed by the BestBuy technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to set up my new iPhone. He made the process seamless and I was in and out in no time and with all the protections of BestBuy’s Member Services. I’m an all round “Happy Camper”!!

I come into buying iPhones with the expectation that they will serve their purpose as advertised and I am usually very happy with the result. This instance was pretty much the same. I buy this product over and over because I like what Apple offers and I know I can rely on it. I use my phone every day and for many hours throughout the day.

The new Apple 18 pro is functioning very well. My old I phone was constantly draining battery, so it is nice to be able to have it work all day without charging. I chose the smaller phone to fit better in my hand. The ice blue color and matching cover is attractive and protects the phone.

So far, there are no complaints about this new iPhone. Its size is ideal, and the black finish is my preferred look—elegant and modern. The camera performs impressively. The software remains familiar, yet the cosmetic upgrade makes the device very appealing.

Apple iPhone 18 was a great purchase. Best Buy had professional and great customer service. They treated me very well and I would recommend their services to everyone.

Of course thr iphone is great. My son had one that was about 7 years old and this one is very nice. The camera is much better too.

Well, I’ve had the iPhone 18 pro burgundy for over 2 weeks and it still underperforms my iPhone 15 . The battery life is great and camera superior . All other apps and gps slow . The new update helped glitches but I’ll probably go to Apple Store for full diagnostic check up . Even the scan to transfer old phone very difficult to register .
