When TracFone said that an IPhone could be used with their service, I was elated. However, transferring my TracFone service to it was extremely difficult and I could not do it. I was ready to return the phone to BestBuy, when Best Buy employee Kyla said she could do the transfer. She was as good as her word in making it happen. I was extremely impressed and grateful. It was service over and above what one could normally expect and my opinion of BestBuy increased immensely.

I know full well this is far from the latest and greatest iPhone, but it is an iPhone -- and for many young teens, that's all that matters to have the "cool" factor! So with it being on sale, I got it and just hope it lasts for a couple of years before a more serious and expensive one is "required" (omg the toys sure get a lot more expensive these days for teens!). So for a limited purpose, I would recommend this at the lowest end for an iPhone these days.

I got it late, as it was, as I'm suspecting, one of the few left. It came about mid to late August and I ordered it early August. However, it was worth the wait. I love it, however, just know that the phone will take about 2-3 go of the 8 as the program. Despite that, I love the phone. It is easy to use, still relevant and works with any company.

This is a nice phone, but it gets hot when charging and when using the phone. A few other items to note are the WIFI and cell antenna are not the best and the screen is really small compared to today's standards.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. I can always find what I need for a great price at Best Buy

Bought for a high school student for basic things. Works well so far except for the facetime feature. Will play with it some more to see if it will be ok.

Iphone 4s is still not out-of-date now. It has the basic features that required for today's applications.

upgrading ios slows down phone very much. otherwise works great but slow

Phones arrived quickly and as advertised. It's great that Best Buy sells unlocked phones so you can use multiple carriers with no contract.

Like the iphone 4S which I feel so comfort and portable mobile. bought for good deal at bestbuy.com.

Great phone for the price. I don't see why people want iPhone 5s or 6. It has the same basic functions iPhone 5 has. Perfect size. The original I phone if u ask me (O.g). No scratches.
