The iPhone 5 is much like the iPohne 4S, but it feels slimmer. The construction is solid, and it feels like a quality device. It is very easy to set up and sync with other Apple devices through the cloud. The camera seems improved, especially for accurate color reproduction.

I was worried about the larger size of the iPhone 5 over the iPhone 4/4s. It turned out not to be a problem as far as fitting in pockets, etc. However, I did have to buy a new Otterbox case for it. Couldn't beat the price of the phone with the trade in special Best Buy had on, so that was great. We love the quality of Apple products and there are many high quality apps to run on the iPhone. It syncs seamlessly with all our other Mac devices - the biggest reason we went with iPhones to begin with. The phone takes great pictures. We're staying with iPhones. But we won't upgrade again until we're forced to because it took, literally, DAYS, to redownload all the apps we had on our two iPhones. We wouldn't do it at home because it would exceed our data usage limit from Verizon (grumble, mumble). So we downloaded at Best Buy til they closed, at Applebee's, at Thano's Restaurant -- you get the picture.

Upgrade for my Wife's iPhone 4. Really happy that got at NO COST by participating in Best Buy's iPhone trade-in program. Processor is much faster than the iPhone 4 and graphics appear richer in color/texture. Redesigned size seems to fit better in hand as well.

As a first time user it has been a relatively easy transition from basic phone to this smartphone. I had heard it was easy to use & it is. User class offered by Verizon was very helpful. Phone's built in user guide is always there if I need it. Pict's are great.

I had the iPhone 4 and it doesn't compare to this one, the iPhone 5. The 4G is night and day to 3G and I guess you can say that about any 4G phone but these are so easy to learn. I also like how light weight it is. It is easy to carry around in your pocket.

I think the phone is great. It is convenient and compact. It's not bulky and space consuming. There are a lot of great features. I love the option of face chat and the camera is good quality.

The phone is great but the phone gets really hot almost too hot to handle at times and cases are not cheap. I love the video quality that it has and the camera is amazing the screen is big and so much better I like the look and color of the phone

This phone is fun to use and has many great features. It has a great picture and sound and cool camera features. You cannot increase the memory without getting a whole new phone. All in all, a good value but the Galaxy S4 is a strong competitor.

I love this phone. It's everything I could ask for. Great screen and picture quality, sound is definitely better than the 4, and much faster, and a few more added features are always a plus

Overall it's a pretty nice phone though I didn't think I'd be paying almost 120$ for a smart phone which is a little steep. I wish the phone volume was a little louder though because on the bus I can hardly hear calls. I'm pretty happy with the phone though.I am not happy with the new ios7 color format I prefer the one I had before the upgrade. It just has a cheap amateur look to it and to browse safari is a little confusing I'm hoping the next upgrade has a better color format I left the old version on my IPad because I like the wallpaper much much better. I wish my plan was only one year instead of two years so I could shop for possibly another phone after that year is up.my next phone will only have a years contract or no contract at all. I wish the phone had a longer battery life I'm changing it almost everyday

This is an excellent smartphone for all levels, both novice and expert and is good for personal as well as business use. The software already on the phone is very basic for daily use. The app store can be used to personalize the capabilities of the phone. My previous phone was a Droid Incredible 2 by HTC and while I thought that was user friendly, when it came time for an upgrade, I initially chose the Samsung Galaxy S4 (Verizon).However, I had some difficulties with sending text messages and the pre-programmed software was excessive. After 9 days I changed to the iPhone 5 (16 GB) and I am very happy with this product!

The iPhone 5 is hands down the best smart device I've ever owned, in the sense that it does things that make desktop and laptop computers look quaint, all in a sleek package that fits neatly in the palm of your hand. The screen is amazing, and the apps are excellent. It's a truly amazing piece of technology. As far as the device being a phone, the call quality is hit-or-miss. Initially, my phone's audio quality was very low, but after tinkering with it for a couple of weeks, it somehow improved in some strange way, so that the call quality is now good as opposed to poor, but still not excellent. So if you want a smart device that does everything great, with the exception of hearing precisely what is being said when you make calls on it, this is the phone for you.

I would recommend this smart phone to my friends. It has a faster processor and network connection. I liked my old iPhone 4 the best. Worked great. the battery lasted at least 8-10 hours. The new iPhone 5 needs to be charged after 5 hours. I think it is too light and not easy to hold on to like the old iPhone 4.

I like it. Takes great pictures. Easy to use. I just do not like how much Data costs. I have WIFI at home and work so I do not like having to pay extra for Data.

It is my first smart phone so I cannot compair it to another. It is very user friendly, love the apps and camera. Easy to send pics. Four out of five of us in my family now have iphones and we are working on my wife.

Moved from Droid to iPhone and couldn't be happier. The Droid would lose or distort my pictures, needed constant rebooting, etc. The iPhone is much easier to use and navigate. Much more durable than the S3. Wish they had adapters to use old chargers. New charger, only have one so battery life is a constant issue.

traded in the iPhone 4 for the 5 and I love it!! it's faster, has a better camera, and a bigger and higher quality screen!! I've always loved the iPhone!

I was surprised at how much bigger screen was than the iPhone 4. It is very easy to use. I am enjoying it immensely.

This a great phone, easy to use. Much better than my old Droid. Like the size. A phone doesn't need t be as big as a tablet. You want a tablet, get one.

If you are looking to upgrade your phone, this is the best phone so far. It is worth every penny! I used to have android phone(moto atrix) before and this phone is far superior on built quality and ease of use. I'm a man and don't carry a man purse, I don't like bulky stuff on my pocket, yes, this might not have the biggest screen out there but I'm not looking for TV, it is a phone! Highly recommended.
