I love my iPhone 5...it is easy to use and is a great value! The only thing I wish the iPhone did was hold a charge longer. I have to charge it daily.

I knew what I was getting into with the IOS system, coming from an Android device. The Iphone is all that it was advertised to be, just understand what your getting. IOS is more limiting than Android when it comes to options. The Iphone is nice if you are wanting something that is more user friendly than most. The processes seem a little more "elementary" than the like on an Android device. All in all I would recommend this product to anyone looking to have a device that operates as a phone very well while operating as a Smartphone well enough to suit my needs.

I replaced an aging iPhone 3GS and have been very satisified with the i5. The screen is larger and the resolution is a big improvement. My only regret is the battery life is shorter than I would like. Overall, I would recommend the i5.

I love this phone,it is easy to use and the reception with Verizon is good. The picture are good and I really like how all the pictures are organized

i finally dived into the world of smartphones with the iphone 5. a little overwhelming at first, i appreciate that the phone and features try to make me feel not so stupid about using it and sort of explains things to me. props to apple for helping to make the transition for me user friendly. so far i like it and look forward to really see what it is capable of doing for me.

This is my first iPhone, moved from BlackBerry. I really like the iPhone 5, but it is almost just a bit long. My wife has the 4S, which actually seems like it fits better in your hand, but is heavier. Set up was easy, and if you have kids, learning how to use/add apps will not be a problem. The battery seems like it won't last more than a day and a half, so you better remember to plug it in nightly. If you forget, though, it doesn't take too long to recharge. The case and screen seem like they could be easily scratched, but I bought a case for it right away.

I long awaited Verizon selling iPhone only to get an Android first - which I loved simply because it was a smartphone. However now that I have my iPhone I strongly doubt ever going back to Android. I love the software so much more. This phone takes amazing photos and videos. Apps are great and theres plenty of free ones. I can't speak about durability simply because I got a case immediately, but in the case it has been just fine when I've dropped it. I was never an Apple product user until this year and now I have a MacBook and iPad too and I'm hooked!

The phone is easy to use I would recommend training if you converted like myself many functions are mac user friendly. I like the sound quality and speaker portion. I also like the picture quality and the facebook compatibily functions. I on the otherhand dont like all the upgrade prompts and the game upgrades. Also the App Store is limited to free items for any needs. Also a good navigation program is hard to find. I do like it a lot though.

Glad I bought the I-5 phone. Easy to use....great camera....nice and slim...does everything I hoped it would do....very glad I made the purchase.

Upgraded from an iPhone 4. The overall feel and speed of the fun is so much smoother and faster. Bigger screen is gorgeous. Can't wait for iOS 7.

I Phone phone is similar to the previous models. It is easy to operate. It takes great pictures. Get a mophie case to help extend battery time.

The I phone is very easy to use. The options can be quickly found and are easy to use. Camera is awesome . Excess to internet is great as well.

I love it for the fact that it has a variety of language for keyboard. It's camera is great quality. It is very easy to use, many shortcuts that make it easier to use. It doesn't become slow when you use up the memory.

I switched from Droid to iPhone. It is very easy to use compared to Droid. I love it for that. Takes great photos and easy to share as well.

I love my iPhone 5. It is my first smartphone, so I don't have anything to compare it with in that respect, but the internet is speedy (fater on LTE than on wi-fi), the video is great, and it holds a lot of music. The lightning port means that you can't use any of your existing Apple cables, but with a $29 or $39 adapter (depending on if you want just an adapter or if you want about 6" of cable length in addition) the new iPhone can be docked into your old iPhone/iPad/iPod radio or speakers and you can use those old docking cables.

I'm not tech savvy or skilled. This is a very easy to use phone, esp. w/ the large screen. Has lots or features and apps. Very powerful.

It is easy to use and much faster than my iphone4. It is a lot easier to use than a Galaxy 3.

I love this phone! A vast improvement over the I-Phone 4. I love the panoramic feature in the still camera app; the image quality is tack sharp! My only complaint is the battery life...it's pitifully short!

Excellent camera, ease of use, retina screen and its compatible with my other Apple products. Think Apple TV. First class product!
